HAHAHAHA good one! I would be willing to bet a fair amount that I have been around, watched OR played in more baseball games than anyone who has commented on the thread this year, except Willie. We know what we are talking about people! I guarantee you that you do not know more about baseball than i do! I have played in way more games than you have ever imagined playin in. I have been around the game a lot longer than you too.

Cornersville wins 11 to 10. CA hit the ball, but only 5 runs were actually earned... the rest were from walks, hit batters and errors. Don't get me wrong, CA hit the ball very good, but Cornersville should have won the game by more than 1 run. Should be another exciting game today.. good luck to both teams How many of CA's runs were earned

Cornersville's bats just came alive. They scored 4 runs without getting an out. They put the ball in play in the outfield and CA's fielders were diving after balls and just not coming up with them. It was a very exciting game to watch at the end. GREAT JOB Cornersville on the win! Get them again today!

I would of liked to seen Cornersville play their normal starters the whole game against Marion County. It would of been a way different ball game especially with Cornersvilles pitching they could of won that game but decided to play the young guys and rest for CA on monday.

I dont think either team is going to show all they have in this game. These two teams could match up in region and dont want to show the other team all they have. Summertown and Cornersville both can hit the ball. So i think both will come out firing but pitch some other people than their one or two and save them for district play the following monday.

Ok now thats pushin it a lil too far......you know Cornersville only really has 1 good pitcher and a few average after that......there is no way Cornersville comes outta this game with there heads held high.....after Summertown beats them by 10+ then that number one defense crap goes down the drain sorry thadawg53.......after this game you will see whose level your really on!!!!!!!!! after this lose, Cornersville will go on a down spiral and lose everygame....... I guess Culleoka is already on that spiral and going down huh??

Im hoping for good weather and a really good game. It will come down to who hits the ball better and Cornersville can get the hits when they need to. We will all just have to wait and see. Im predicting a 1 run difference because Summertown will put the ball in play but Conersville has a pretty good defense all the way around and unless Summertown hits the ball out of the park Cornersville will make the plays.

These two teams play at the Blackman Invitational. I think it will be a really close game. Any thoughts?

Well, I heard Mt. Pleasant ripped Adams, but Cornersville's defense made great plays behind him. I'm thinking Zion gets on Adams early and pulls out an upset. I haven't got a chance to watch them this year but I heard they do have solid pitching. I've seen their pitchers in the past, and I think it would make sense to put Crowell as Cornersville's #2 behind Laster. Yeah Zion hit Adams real hard today didnt he? Adams was invovled in 11 of the 12 outs he got today while only giving up two hits. He had 8 or 9 strikeouts. Cornersville wins 12-0.

Cornersville mad a couple of errors but still Mt. Pleasant only had about 4 or 5 basehits. To me that is not ripping someone. And if i remember correctly The score was only 1-0. Cornersville scrimmaged Zion earlier in the year and beat them like 7-1 or something like that.

Does anyone on here believe in Cornersville yet? I mean someone picked Mt. Pleasant to win today and Cornersville beat them. I mean yeah it was a 1-0 game but Mt. Pleasant did not get a single hit.

This may sound a little crazy, but I could see Hampshire playing Culleoka close and possibly beating them by a run or two.

Cornersville has to pitchers that can hit 80. And laster threw 86 at a baseball showcase at the university of alabama. but im not sayin he can hit it consistent. and cullypride if i remember correctly who was the team to finish 3 in district behind ca and richland? CORNERSVILLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

You cant sit here and say yall loss bacause of the backstop. Yalls baserunning just sucks. And we come to yalls field during school and play I want everyone at your school there to watch yall lose. There was only one homerun that would not have went out anywhere else but the other one that landed on the softball field would have went out anywhere. So quit trying to blame the loss on our field and take it like a man. And when we play yall again pitch your best guy so you cant make any excuses about losing.

Cornersville's number 3 started and number 1 finished. Eagleville would have only scored 1 run but Cornersville was experiencing with other pitchin between the starter and the guy who finished. Cornersville falt out killed Eaglevilles pitching. They had 2 homeruns.
