  1. Say what you will. Point proven with this quote. LOVED OR HATED. BUT NEVER IGNORED! FEAR THE SPEAR! ROLL TRIBE! By the way, I know this is a stout Senior class for us, but I am with Art Vandalay. Foreman, Swafford, Slaughter, Cook, Hayworth, Taylor and I know there are many other young'uns but we have got talent for a couple of years guys. Make notes for the next couple of years so you don't use all good material this year.

  3. I don't know much about Clinton other than one of their players (Camion Patrick) used to live in Kingsport. I know it was only a scrimmage (first one I think), but I DB looked pretty good agains Halls. That being said I am sure Halls had gotten better since then, and I'm going to say 35-14 Good Guys. Roll Tribe.
  4. Let's hope your prediction is right Hill, but all away games are tough as was proven in Science Hill's game tonight.
  5. I'm confused. If you are a DB alum, how can you cheer Science Hill and Down Sullivan South? Anybody that has lived in the tri-cities long engouh knows that DB and SH has been a much BIGGER rivalry than DB and South has been. Don't get me wrong, I am glad Science Hill won against a 'west' TN team, but why do you get so much pleasure seeing South lose? Confused.
  6. So I guess you are saying 'if my Aunt was my Hudson...' C'mon man! I am pretty sure that as well as the Indians played last night (and they looked Good!) I'm sure they are going to improve and only get better like a fine wine as the season goes along. The 1-2-3-4 punch of the skill backs will be a load for any team to tackle as the season goes along. Roll Tribe!
  7. That is what you call running off the scrubs. As for the other part of your quote, I commented last night that this might be the most "athletic" DB has been in 10 years. And I will agree with Batman and other Indian Faithfuls on here and say we have had the best coaching staff in the State (maybe the region) for a long long time. The only problem is that the coaches can't block, run, throw, catch, tackle or make decisions during the play. And they don't have a 'Hot Tub Time Machine' to go back to the past.
  8. I am sure that you all don't, but I hope that you don't think that just because 1 egg is rotten that the whole carton is. '2010' doesn't speak for the whole Dobyns-Bennett fan base and just to prove that point, I for one will be cheering on South tonight. Not just for the fact that South is playing against another Knoxville team, but if anyone deserves a GREAT season opening victory in the state of Tennessee it is Sullivan South High School in Kingsport, TN. Should be a great and emotional atmosphere in the Valley. Go Rebels.
  9. Good to be able to put a familiar face with a screen name on here. Good Luck tonight in the Valley, should be quite the scene with everything that will be going on in this matchup. I'm sure #54 will be cheering on the Rebs.
  10. So I guess this is the same Camion Patrick that played in Kingsport at the Boys Club and Lynn Garden. Are either of his brothers playing? I remember it seemed like the youngest of the three was going to be a stud when he got older, even though the last time I saw him play was when he was 7 years old.
