Cornersville played host to loretta saturday night and played considerable well. the dawgs had some great play from there young gaurd and their big man through about two and half or three quarters. then the big man got 4 fouls on him so he had to sit out pretty much the rest of the way. cornersville had 3 and sometimes 4 freshman on the floor during the entire game. they look very good to be such a young team. after lovett had to sit with the fouls the dawgs couldnt handle the size of loretta. it was very tight game for a while...loretta ran away in the second half and cruised to a 20-somn point win. good game cornersville and good luck tuesday at collinwood!!

Santafebaby..I saw that you were wanting to know something about cornersville..well first thing you prolly made a great choice when you picked them to finish last in the district! The team does not have very much to work with but do a few good players and a good coach. They have a little bity starting guard this year he is prolly 5'9" and only weighs about 120 lbs he is extremely talented to be a freshman but as you all know he will get dominated quite often. the original starter Pope tore his acl early in the football season. umm of course they have the big man mike lovett i think is his name,he is supposed to be pretty talented. the team is very young..no seniors on the team. cornersville will prolly be started 2 freshman, 2 sophomores, and a junior. I look for the team to really struggle late in games when the score is tight and as well as district games.
