Wv does not stand a chance as long as they continue to use a scared qb they can't pass. QB has been to blame for at least a td in every game for the other team. Now Coady is using a running back at qb sometimes to turn the corner. I guess someone has a good word in with Coady to continue to use this kid. He may be good in practice with a red jersey on but he stinks up the field. Hear the fans speak use someone else. The game for that QB wont slow down because he is affraid of contact. He ran out of bounds in stead of tring to score at McKenzie. Until he becomes a leader and sells out on the field the rest of the team will continue to play at that standard. Receivers play half speed untill the know that they get the ball. Lineman run right past their blocks. I hope that Coady points this out to his team and they start playing like a team not individuals. It takes all eleven doing their job on every play. I do agree that starting with Ripley they need to play in a state of emergency not to lose.

Wow wv scored on offense more then once in a game! The qb manage to throw a td to his own team. It was the fb that manage to give the other team a td. It was nice to see the younger qb is willing to stay in the pocket and throw a nice pass. But the starting qb needs to be more supportive of the young qb. Coady pulls the starter and all he did was set on the side line and pout. WV has got to start playing as a team instead of individuals and start winning.

Sorry to state the facts. I've all ready stated that they can run the ball so of course they will convert 4th downs. If they don't pass successfully the opponent overloads the line to stop the run. You can make excuses like the line not blocking or receiver runs the wrong route but accuracy and reads are the qb's job. QB has got to come through for the rest of the team.

I would like to say westview but they need to find the offense. All the offense will be able to do is run and McKenzie will stack the line. Coady will be stubborn and overload a side to run. 21-12 McKenzie. Coady put players in for a small passing game then westview 35 McKenzie 12.

I hope you are right. It is just what I heard your fans say. You need to ask them not me. I just want to see the best teams with the best players playing. Cant make the game tomorrow but I hope it is a close game with the best players giving everything they have to win. This all I want to see from any office schools coaches and parents

No not a coach I just listen to all but listening from the outside looking in you get a good prospective of what happens this is not just westview in particular it is alot of small schools that do this were the buddy system works. Jcs is not a good comparison to westview. They put kids out there on the field that earn the right to do so. They don't play kids based on who they are. This competition between players drives the team to greatness. Just listening to parents I don't feel westview does this all the time. If the town would back this mentality the best players play all the time. Westview will go from a good team to a great team all the time. I wish all teams would this football in w tn would dominate tn.

I would say westview but if the team does not play any better than last friday they may come up short. It should be westview by 2 tds. Again young qb has got to hold on to the ball. D has to be more physical.

Just watch westview play in the henry county jamboree. Their d could not control lexington o. They will need to really work on their d to be successful. On offence the show some good skill players. Running backs get up field and can be productive. Their recievers have good hands and are tall. This is a good thing with the qb they have. He appears to have trouble throwing the ball. Westview needs help at this postion for the offence to improve. I heard from some of the fans that they have other qb chooses and one may better than the starter. Is this true and if so then way isn't he playing.

Westview scrimmaged chester county and looked ok. They are big up front and as usual run between the tackles well. But unless they develop an outside running game or get a qb that can pass other teams will overload the front and stop the run. Cody will have his work cut out for him developing the passing game with the young qb. The qb development will be key to a good season. Defense is average but it is still early to tell if they can control the tempo of the game second appears to suspected time will tell. This should be an exciting season good luck westview
