Yeah you're right. Central does have a lot of people that can score. Wes Baker has done a great job contributing off the bench so far this year. I hope he can keep that up. And Dinkel has done a good job of pushing the ball and getting the ball to Gabe, Phil and Hess. McCoy always does those little things that go unnoticed. He sets those mean screens to help get our scorers open, he takes charges, and is a good rebounder. That's his game. Go Cougars.

Gabe dropped 40 tonight on Cocke Co. 84-70. Those refs were ridiculous.

First of all, he contributed quite a bit as a sophomore. Coming off the bench, he helped get them to a substate game, where they only lost by 6 I think against Fulton. Second of all, Phil can shoot the three very effectively off the dribble and he can take it to the hole..he might not do it as much he should..but he can play that type of game too. Third of all, quit haiting and learn to keep your mouth shut if you don't know what you're talking about.

Sullivan Central beat Cocke Co. tonight at their place. #50 and I think it was #20 kept them in the game. 84-70. Central was up by as many as 25. Buchanan had 40 for Central.

Yeah it seems like that's the only way Noah will get to help out the team because it doesn't look like he'll be getting much playing time this year. But it happens...dadgumit.

Lack of size is true, but they counter that with the speed. Central will do just fine I think. But we'll see what happens. The second regular season game of the year is against Science Hill. That will show what kind of team Central has.

This topic makes me mad. Why isn't anyone putting Neil Jackson from Sullivan Central on their lists? 6'6 235 pound sophomore post player. Not huge, but this kid plays a very sound fundamental game. He will dominate the Big Nine.

I saw them scrimmage Central. Central won by about 40..I think. Caldwell and one of their big guys didn't play..but they don't look to bad. The Watuaga conference should be a fun one to watch this year. Who are the new teams in that conference?

Yea they have. Sullivan Central plays the Georgia team first round...that's the only one I remember.
