  1. District 12A MVP should be Loretto's Elizabeth Hemmon! Any one who watched the Loretto vs Wayne County game Friday night would agree.
  2. Round 2, Tuesday 1/4/11. Any predictions? Will the game be closer than the 28 point difference two weeks ago? The home game should help the Lady Mustangs, but the soft holiday schedule they played might hurt them. The Lady Cats played a tough holiday schedule and they wont have to worry about playing the night before this time around. Prediction, Lawrence County 68, Loretto 42.
  3. Lawrence County by 19. One factor in the outcome may be fatigue, it will be the Wildcats third game in four days, other wise it could be be 30 or more.
  4. Thanks ptguard12. There's no doubt about Risner being a great player, ive seen that all last season. How did some of the other players in 12a do on Sat?
  5. This is the way I look for 12A to finish the regular season. 1. Wayne County 2. Summertown 3.Perry County 4.Loretto 5. Collinwood 6. Frank Hughes This could change depending on the play of Loretto, I think they could finish as high as 2nd. If Loretto could play as a team as opposed to the past, they could have a good year. Hemmon is by far the best all around player on the team, she should get the ball more. Curtis is a good 3 pt threat, if she is allowed to shoot more, Loretto could go far. Laws is a good free throw shooter and makes a lot of points, but her high volume shooting and low field goal percentage hurts the team. The district 12A MVP should belong to Carly Daniels. Daniels or Thompson from Collinwood should have won the award last year.
