Liberty in the Lex/Lib first meeting..

6 of 11 of those fumbles was bad snaps to qb. Liberty's Center is not the best in the shotgun form.. as well as the pressure on QB was a difference maker as well in that early game. Liberty OL stepped it up though... we will see. I just have a hard time saying that a team that allowed Chester County to remain so close to them in the first round will defeat a blowout team like The crusaders..

If Lexington had a coach they would have put a stop to that loaded front and blitz.Liberty did there math and got in the Lexington's head quick. I'll say for the related topic A.J. Gray #23 Lexington is a heavy hitter.

I will back this comment 110%. Liberty both OL/DL has definatly stepped up. I Saw Liberty in 3 games early in the season and again friday night at Lexington. There is one thing I can say about them. There Schedule hasnt been tough for no reason. They played there best game of the year friday night in Lexington. I hope that carries over to friday night. LIBERTY YOU GO OUT AND PLAY LIKE YOU DID LAST FRIDAY>>> LIKE YOU GOT NOTHING AT ALL TO LOSE..

I'll have to say I have suported Lexington every game and will continue to the last whistle, but I feel it is most important for Lexington PLAYERS AND FANS to not adjust the primary focus to the past. Like I said im a Big Red fan, my opinion is not talk it up high, anything happens in the playoffs. ITS A DIFFERENT GAME!!! Hookfin said it nice in the paper its a different gme and all that matters is what happen on the field... I would get to pumped up about winning. Lexington people please stay humble and lets do this and focus 1 game at a time, and not worry about the past. Liberty wants us bad after the last 3 years. I say expect the unexpected. If it takes you 4 or 5 fumbles to beat Lexington you deserve the win with out a doubt. I have yet to see 11 fumbles from the Lexington team all year in one game.

The reason there is no love on this topic is because it is not a very worthy topic.. Lexington will win this game by the least of 3 touchdowns if not 4. Rival or not. bad night or not Lexington wins big!!!

I will more than likely be bashed by GIles fans for making this statement.. If Lexington doesnt get cocky and screw up in the playoffs. It in my opinion will be a showdown in cookville. As quoted above about the 09 GIles team. The Lexington team is 4 times what they was then, not saying Lexington will win or lose, but I dont see them falling 36-10 as they did in 09 and if I recall Lexington Played a decent first half for a slip up pushover team with a record of 8-3 to start the game. This comment was completly "DUMB" Lexington Football has a little class. I'm sure Lexington could put 100 piont on the board in 3 of the last 6 games but calling a shutout in Chester County is a statement of a 5 yr old..I hope Chester County has plans to block better this year, cause There QB was wrecked last year, but I dont see that happening either since its monday and I can bet 100k Josh King Southside QB is still feeling the wrath of the hardest hitting team in 4A ball..

I saw JCM in there jamboree againist Scotts Hill.I know it was a Jamboree but what a slow paced game it was. No speed for these teams. According to what I hear radio wise from CC the will definalty stop JCMs Passes they used to beat Scotts Hill buy a TD. CC 28- JCM 7

Please Dont Jump Conclusion I dont see the Crusaders going far this your unless they start showing a better second half. your considering a team that had Henry Co. on the losing stretch at the half and let them come back big. As far as the memphis teams I have seen them this year. but going on what i have seen Liberty at this piont doesnt show signs of even honorable mention. They Fast as can be but weak playing as a team.

No actually a patriot cut ut off most if those thugs that run the trap. I have watched Lexington all you an knew from the start they were not gold ball material. They concentrated too hard on beating Lib Tech and Chester Co that it gave there head a size 8 1/2 and got the Jon brown hin pots kicked in the first round. No more than what I expected from them. I will say for White House give up and do run you mouth like you did last year. Lib Tech will leave you standing to talk.

Somebody will knock you out one day and you will hurt just as Lexington is tonight. I wouldn't say Page was the better team because they didn't impress me other than being very tough up front. They have no speed, but did there homework and did exactly what I said would happen picked Lexington Apart and stopes the running game. Momentum did cgange after #10 Kris Williams was injured. Like I said they also out coached Lexington 10-1....lol

Barb I never sAid Lex would win I was the very one who said Lexington would fall short and I saw it after the bolivar central game. There was nothing every special about this team. Other than being loaded with more options than there coaching caliber can handled. If Lexington hand someone to coach them like page did it would be different. Lex we out coached first round.
