There were certain circumstances that I won't bother mentioning because you'll think it's just an excuse, that caught lexington off guard. They admit that they weren't ready to play that game against liberty. The defense keeps improving each week. I don't see how you could put Liberty over Lexington if they play again, everyone acts like Lexington played amazing and Liberty played awful.

Lexington has been ground and pound in the past, 3 yards and a pile of dust, however, it's not like that anymore. They are getting more creative and more inventive. I will let you think that though. Ground and pound doesn't score 52 points in 2 and a half quarters. And I think you will know it, but now I'm starting to question your comprehension level.

When I said anyone I implied that CC fans were not included because anyone from that town would say that very thing. I didn't use them as a common opponent I simply said Lexington has beat a proven team and that CC has not.

Simply used Liberty as evidence that lexington can play and has played someone that is a strong talented opponent and can beat anyone on any given night. I don't think anyone on this thread believes that CC is on the level of Lex or Lib yet.

I think it's quite obvious my last post was over your head. I was referring to that "Fast" offense statement to Lexington. You are correct Oregon went to the National championship last year, very good! How are they looking this year? They're looking like #8 or 9 in the nation. To say that's a bad year coming from a CC fan surprises me for sure. But I guess I should expect you to compare CC to the #1 team in the nation because well, you're caught up in a fantasy. It's okay Lexington will surely bring you back down to Earth. Last year was last year, and I find it hard to believe that with a whole year to hone their skills that CC has passed up lexington considering they were light years behind us last year.

I hate to break it to you my man, but CC is NOT the SEC and you can't compare there defense to LSU or Auburn because that would be like LSU playing Ole Miss, Miss State, fresno state, Memphis, Martin, and MTSU. They wouldn't be highly ranked because they haven't beaten anyone and no one would know how good their defense is because it hasn't been tested. You know that you haven't had a real test on defense all year. Also, I'm pretty sure that "Fast" offense went to the semi's last year how was "LSU' feeling at 5-5 or whatever CC was.

Liberty is the only team that is talented that either team has played. Both teams combined are 12-0 and 11 of the teams are sub par teams. That's why Liberty is the barometer. If you've seen them play you know as well as anyone if they get rolling they can literally beat anyone with all of that Big play potential. You've said it yourself you haven't seen CC play so you can't say that they're way more diciplined that Liberty. Liberty's record is 3-3 because they chose to play a tough schedule and it wears on you. Henry County (The Green Bay of High school football) Lexington (#1 in the state at the time.) and Northside (rivalry+Homecoming) It's not like they've been beaten by southside, bolivar, mcnairy, JCM, Scotts Hill, etc...

Call me crazy, but I just don't see how CC could keep up with Lex or Liberty. People look at that game and say there was no D played, but the Tigers had like 4 or 5 straight stops after going down 14-0 then likewise Liberty had 2 or 3 straight stops and scored to tie it back up. there were huge defensive series. You can't turn two High flying offenses into a Defensive scrum. Both teams count on scoring a lot of points much like Oregon. It should be a great game But I wouldn't be surprised if CC ran out of gas come the late 3rd and 4th quarter.

Maybe you really should stop drinking the coolaid because you're crazy if you truly believe that. You won't have the ball enough to get that many yards. Unless we score quick enough, but I am trying to give your D some credit. Maybe I'm mistaken. This will be a 3 qtr. game.
