well we might as well lol. im sorry, but warren county has nearly NO chance to win this game. if you do win, you can use this as sig material for years, but its not going to happen. and of course you don't go around screaming "Wilson Central don't know what they're up against!" because you have no reason to. we have played tons of teams better than yall this season, and beaten all but 1 of them. now i give HUGE props to your school for turning the program around, but Warren County will not win this football game. you can mark that down

thats a definate odds are its going to be either Cookeville or Wilson Central against Riverdale in week 3. i honestly believe whoever wins that game, WILL BE THE STATE CHAMPION.

honestly, i think that Warren County could possibly play their best game of the season, and Wilson Central could play their worst game of the season, and i think Wilson Central would stilll end up with the win. We looked absolutely methodical in the 1st half of Lavergne, and we got a great game from Lavergne (No fumbles or penalties). Germantown i couldn't decide who i thought was the 2nd best team in the state. i honestly think Oak Ridge/Wilson Central/Cookeville could each play each other 10 times, and honestly each team might go 5-5 against each other. i think all 3 of these teams are very even, and its gonna be great to see who emerges.

he had something along the lines of 185 yards, althout like 70 were off of a screen pass to Melvin Williams. he played very efficient though, going 8 for 10. i really dont see LaVergne being able to match up with us in this one. i seriously think we will beat them pretty bad. i think the fact that they were barely able to pull out a win against blackman (who is TERRIBLE, make no mistake about it.) will be sticking around in their heads, and they will be asking themselves "can we hang with these guys?" i hope it will be an overtime thriller that we pull out, but i see this one being over before the 4th quarter starts. there was DEFINATELY over 5,000 there. im pretty sure the number is between 7500-8000 i remember the lebanon game when there was 5,000 people there, and there was WAY more people there last friday.

i think dropping to 6 after hanging with riverdale for the whole game, and having a chance to tie the game up in the 4th is a little harsh... that being said, i think we are the #3 team in the state right now. btw RHS fans, after watching the game tape, that DEFINATELY was pass interference on the final play where yall took the interception for a TD (also, it wasn't a TD, he stepped out of bounds). not saying that yall didnt deserve to win, just pointing that out.

nope, no way its gonna even be close. this will be the first year Wilson Central knocks off Lebanon, and they will do it convincingly. Wilson Central proves that losing to Riverdale doesn't mean your not a top notch team plus, Lebanon is terrible this year. WC 38-0 at halftime WC 48-7 at the end of the game.

the only time we've ever chanted it was when we beat MJ's girls' basketball team (#2 in the nation), and that was when the game was OVER. we didnt start chanting when we went up 2-0. plus, how can you chant overrated if your not the underdog? they are the #1 team in the state (and deserve to be). i wouldn't have minded it so much if they would have done it when the game was in hand, but to do it while they're up 7-0 in the 1st quarter just makes them look dumb

great game by both teams, and i think both teams are in the top 3 in 5A. however, wtf was up w/ some of RHS' student body? chanting overrated after you went up 7-0? i mean come on, your the #1 team in the state lol, and you go up 7 points and chant overrated? also the chants of central stinks was kinda immature too, but whatever.

21-7? we had 2 long TD drives on yall. we had the ball with a minute and a half left only down by 7, but, like you said, great teams make things happen when they have to. i think the play was questionable, but either way, yall got the W.

i don't think our team has anything to be ashamed of. the score really should have been 21-14, and IMO there was pass interference on that interception (but dont get bent out of shape, its just my opinion.) we stuck with riverdale all night, and had we not given up 3rd downs of 11, 18, and 15 yards (i think all in the first half) the story might have gone different. but hey, thats football. riverdale might have outplayed us tonight, but i definately didn't see anything thats gonna make me say they are definately a better team than us. i look forward to seeing you guys in the playoffs.

umm, #2 (Melvin Williams) is a D-1 prospect. just ask gallatin lol he's not just a great cover corner, he is an amazing receiver and punt returner. he opened the scoring against Gallatin with an 82 yard TD reception, in which he made the DBs look stupid. plus he put on some of the sickest jukes in his long punt return against the green wave. oh and btw, Yourree had the ball thrown to him all night (so technically it would be 162 receiving, not passing, but considering the amount of times he was thrown to, its no wonder he got that many receiving yards. plus, i think they were more trying to give melvin some experience in man on man against a great wide out, rather than doubling him throughout the game.)

part of me thinks that the fact that we have small football facilities, might make the game atmosphere even better than if it were in a larger stadium. either way, we were given permission to tailgate right after school but we have to be out of the reserved spots, so im probably not gonna leave school

how many consecutive region wins does Riverdale have? i think its 70 somethin but im not sure. im wanting to say somewhere between 77-79, but maybe im way off

and likewise, i will congratulate RHS IF they win, but i honestly dont think they will. what Riverdale has been able to accomplish over the last decade is simply amazing, and anyone associated w/ them should be proud. however, the reign of region dominance will end this friday.

what is with everyone saying Lavergne is so good. Lavergne is FAR improved, but definately not a powerhouse team by any means. they lost to smyrna, no matter how they lost, the fact remains that they DID lose to Smyrna. smyrna is only an average team at best. im telling yall, all you riverdale fans are cocky as heck. but hey, who can blame you? i know i would be too if i was in your situation, but maybe you'll take a step down after this friday. i dont think you realize the all around talent WC has, and you can say what you want but we'll see who's right on friday. the more ive been thinking about this game, the more i think that riverdale just honestly doesn't match up. but hey, we'll see. either way it should be a great atmosphere, and i cant wait for friday

to answer your question, your best bet is the burger. we have good burgers also, i heard that on the game film, there was a play against Dickson Co where the DC player was run out of bounds, and then when he was out of bounds took a cheap shot from one of the Riverdale players (#39 i think). no flag was called, just wondering if anyone knew what was up with that?

lol, ok.... but anyway, there is no way RHS is the "underdog". 85% are picking them in the BigOnes, and i think WC is by far the underdog. now, in MY opinion, i think RIVERDALE is gonna be upset on September 30th, like i have been saying all year.

i dont think CSS knows very much... The Siegel vs Wilson Central game is gonna be on CSS. I wanna know why they picked that game to be on over the RHS/WC game WC/RHS was on CSS last year (unfortunately )

there have been RUMORS that this game might be on ESPN U. im not sure about anything just relaying the rumor that i have heard.
