I would hire someone with some experience that cannot only teach these players the fundamentals they need but also work with these younger coaches and teach them other offensive philosophies. I only sawn Heritage play a couple of times this year because it was the same as last year and one of the glowing things I see is the other staffs that HHS is going against are musch more experienced and it seems that Russell is just craming this throw it every down idea down his assistants throats and when you play in their league you just do not have the skill guys to match up and therefore you are limiting your kids and the assistants to be able to make some adjustments that would benefit your team. Heritage should be a ball control team that plays it next to the best and make a 4 quarter game of it. When you get into the 4th then you can pull some of your tricks and then again you may not have to because your kids are going to have confidence in what they are doing and when the big guys up front believe they can move people then anything is possible. Heritage just cannot line-up and throw it all around against the good teams they need to keep it close and be in the game in the second half and with this the kids will feel better about themselves instead of consistantly looking at 35-0 at half and know the game is over, put the kids in the best possible situation to compete and not worry about padding Mr. Russell's offensive port-folio. Give the kids a chance. Heritage has never beat anybody worth anything by running around them you run at them at Heritage.
