I really wished you could have made the trip, very exciting from the get go.

I didn't think ncs would show many plays but at the same time WC only run about 10 different plays themselves. WC coaches do a great job getting the boys to play intense football from the first day of practice til the final play of the season.

Wc looked pretty good, beat ncs 21-7 in two ten minute quarters.

I was going to try and meet up with you tonight but couldn't get my dang internet to work, had to wait til I got home to get on here.

wc is fortunate to have three backs, two besides Cole, that can run the ball very well.

It actually happened a couple of weeks ago but thought it was only a sprain in his knee, went back to dr and found the fracture.

Good to hear that PC is getting things turned around, good luck this year.

Word is a fractured tibula, probably not spelled right, but out about 6 weeks.

Wc won 21-7, cats looked pretty good but still made some mistakes that will be fixed. Ncs has some great looking athletes and will have a great year, I just don't think they were prepared for WC's line. WC dominated the line of scrimmage all night. Both teams subbed in and out but with the starters WC just looked better.

I think it has more to do with the mental part iof those long trips, seems to make for slow starts and too, lots of parents and fans have trouble taking off work early to make long trips.

On offense he mostly plays tackle and guard but occasionally tight end. On defense just tackle. I can't tell if he's any faster but I don't think he's any slower.

He weighs 270, I wish he would have grown another inch or so but it looks like he's stuck at 6'1. Don't know exactly what he's squatting but it's around 500 and he benched 465 about a month ago.

I figure there were some that played football somewhere while growing up either at lawrenceburg, Lewis county or MTP anyway.

They have been in youth football for 5 or 6 years and middle school for about 3 I think.

They do but summertown has never had a football program until about three years ago and won't play a varsity schedule until next year so all their boys played baseball and practiced it year round and they had a top notch program. Some of us think their baseball program will suffer due to splitting time with football and dealing with injuries.

Thats what I've said all along. Won't be no more year round baseball practices if they are going to be serious about football.

If those two boys y'all have are getting those serious looks do u think the coaches will play them much in a scrimmage and line them up against other quality players or sit them mostly to keep them healthy and looking good?

Wont happen, from what I've seen their football ain't on the same level as their baseball program.

#7 and 14 but I'm not sure of Birchettes number. 33 and 15 will see several carries too.
