It is a terrible situation where you have a coach who does not want to be there and players and parents who does not want him there. 

Anyone seen or heard about them this summer? After the state run and losing their star, how will they be? Is the coach staying or leaving?

You’ve got the wrong man twice. I didn’t name drop anyone and am obviously not who you are talking about. Just was wanting to see if anyone knew what was taking so long in Sumner Co.

This could be a very long season for the girls at Green Hill, especially their only real basketball player Aubrey Blankenship.  I would imagine she will see a lot of junk defenses this year. I was told she had 21 of the 24 first half points the other night…. She is probably wishing she would have stayed at BA with us then deal with this team and coach. Good luck to her, she will need it.

Do not know all of the details but Coach Kring is definitely out at Friendship. There is talk that the middle school coach is leaving to. Would love to se him back at Donelson Christian.

Any truth to the rumors flying around that after Saturday’s football Championship games the TSSAA will shut down sports for awhile?

Burkey is a great candidate, but Bud Brandon? That would be embarrassing to the school.

Harper wants to coach again. He isn’t sure he can trust the administration after they blindsided him and let Shaw take over the program for one year and then bolt the first chance he got. 

It’s official. Allen heading to Green Hill.

Today could be the day Allen is announced at the new school. If the Governor closes schools down for the remainder of the year, I think they will announce it.

Any word on if they have started the process?

I think the boys would like having him back. I know my son would be fine with it. 

Coach Harper said that because he is a stand up person. DA did him wrong and let Shaw takeover the program.

Schools would be smart to stay away from Starks. There is a reason he isn’t the coach here at BA.

Harper is the best choice, an assistant from Goodpasture who has coached with Sonn would be a good choice to.

Kevin Harper is a no brainer here if he wants it.

True, but I would think that most coaches prefer to do their own scheduling.

With everything that is going on, what is the timeline for this hire. Summer will be here before you know it.
