I agree we got a good draw but I also don't think records mean a thing once you get to this point in the season. The year we won it we played much better that last week than the whole year, and last year we just didn't show up after playing great for most of the year. Also getting to the championship means nothing if you don't win it that being said since we are just the fourth or fifth best team up there we will have to meet our makers come Friday anyways.
They started slumping at the end of the season. And to answer your question. Remus and Hawks have added a lot to the rotation this year. Neither one pitched many valuable innings last year. Like I said I'm more worried with the bats than pitching.
That slump was going on before the state tournament and there is no one in ther region or district who we shouldn't have been able to hit after some of the people they had seen and hit earlier in they year so I doubt. I also think it's funny how friendship goes 2 and done one year and suddenly they can't throw hit or catch a baseball.
3-2 losing in the last inning, and I would say they are much better than most teams. I guess it's a good thing the games are played on the field and not in Vegas. Win or lose competition in the regular season makes you better would be my point.
Friendship did not hit good in the tournament. But it is hard to say they aren't good when they bieat half of the teams left, run ruling two of them. However, when it mattered the bats just weren't poppin.
We are spoiled! 3 state championships in a year will do that to anyone! Don't you think? Cause I know you don't know from experience! Oh and storm rider if your reply has anything to do with being single a keep your mouth shut we have already heard it all
Eagleville and Friendship both have good teams, but Friendship made many mistakes Saturday, and have not been playing their best lately. Only time will tell who the best team is, but for now you have to go by who won the game, no matter what the circumstances were.
