Brentwood Defense is going to have to show up if they want a chance in this game. I dont see Franklin giving up more then 10 points to the bruins. Should be a great and close game.

Indy SHOULD win big in this game on senior night and to capture the district championship. Yes indy needs to get healthy but also needs to use this game to get back on a roll before the playoffs start. Seigal deffinitly exposed the weakness and where to attack this stout D that yes they still do have. But just proved that this D can deffinitly have an off night which could potentially end in an upset first round. However i believe Dyson will get them straight and they will make a good run in the playoffs with a great D and if they can limit there turnovers.

Stockstill got back last week and has had all this week to get his timing back down. Yes, Indy has a VERY good kicker, but was just trying to let you know that Siegel has one also.

But why did you say seigal would win if it came down to the kicking game? Its okay you obviously made a big mistake by saying that and didnt really mean it, and lucky for indy you guys dont have an sec kicker. Just a very average one to us and what weve been used too the last 3 years.

Indy D is as good as it gets but still worried playoff time and their offense it's realistic they can be a one and done with a 7 - 3 loss, but eagels have been shutting up all the critics up all year long as the underdog

I definitly agree with you, and do think there offense needs to keep improving to prevent that from happening in the first round. Luckily they got 2 weeks left to get everything figured out before they make that state championship run

Indy is on a roll and has been all season. This will be a close game just since indy relies heavily on there stout Defense to come through and you never really know what your going to get with the offense. I dont see seigal winning this one especially since they havnt the past 2 years when indy was really down.

I've been reading these posts for the past 2 weeks, always checking them to see if anything knew is said, and the trash talk is what this game is all about. I don't know why Franklin fans are getting so much hate on here from everyone for being "classless or cocky" because the people from Indy are saying just as much stuff on here from what I can tell. Anyways, I'm assuming a very fun game to watch. My guess on prediction would be 10-7 Franklin winning. Very low scoring game with 2 good defenses. Franklin will manage to get a turnover that puts them in great starting field position to win. Indy will end their scoreless streak with a touchdown (also from a turnover resulting in great field position.) Heard there will be a white out from the Indy student section and a blackout from the Franklin one. Can't wait to watch this one, the atmosphere should be great!

Of course it will be a great atmosphere considering indy has one of the best student sections in the state. Id like to know of one thats better. Franklin is just trying to act like they have a decent one by copying with the blackout when they actually always have a terrible student section. No matter what the indy faithful is always repn

Franklin's offense is one dimensional? What do you call our running back? We have more backs then just C Black but coach likes to give it to him more. as for that one dimensional stuff, what about Matt's stats they would be so much better if we were just one dimensional. Im pretty sure they didnt make coach t for the players to get on and talk about there own team and thereselves on here. So rebel0741 why dont you worry more about playing the game instead of what your going to write next on coach t. Reality is Franklin is very down this year and if indy is ever going to beat them this is the year.

Right now, Indy's offense is super predictable. They defense is playing well, but not championship caliber. When your team's MVP is a kicker, you might want to re-evaluate your stand points.

 

If that was true i still wouldnt be concerned at ALL if i was indy that a top 10 kicker/punter in the nation is there mvp. However on the other side franklin special teams could very easily cost them this game along with all there fumbles there gunna give indy.

Wont give a score yet caus we have to worry about another team this weak (no worries though). Rebels cant wait for next week.

 

Rebel D too much for a bad offense. Those Eagles have not seen a offense that throws the ball like the REBS and our QB.

This is a joke. Yeah your QB must be kinda good if hes going to Syracuse but still pretty overated. His biggest problem this year is that he has no talent around him. The rebels are deffinitly down big time in the talent deparment this year compared to the past. Im pretty sure the indy d isnt gunna loose to much sleep over this supposed high power offense that just dosnt produce in points during there games and just has a bunch of turnovers.

Indy must keep there turnovers down to have a chance in this game, which has been problem this year for them. Also adam thompson must take most of the snaps at qb as well, i believe he gives indy a much better chance to win. And put swayze in with some wildcat packages. There defense will give the rebels trouble and keep them in the game no matter what.

Ravenwood has no chance in this game. Franklin will win this game big.

I didnt say Coffee County would win the game but anything other than a big win from Independence would be embarrassing. Ive seen Indy's schedule and its brutal especially with Hillsboro and Franklin coming up. I know CC isnt in their league. What Im saying is this is a much more important game to CC then Independence. I hope the players and staff here show up with an attitude that we want respect instead of laying down and getting beat by 40 points. Independence has alot more to lose, one being respect. Something CC doesnt have but wants. Indy still has to care of business. Go ahead and laugh all you want to. Probably will lose but Im hoping Coffee County plays hard and raises some eyebrows. Even a close loss would be huge for us. Not every team in the state has former NFL players as coaches or blessed with a plethora of athletes. Independence should count their blessings instead of laugh at other schools. Just saying.

Looks like they didnt show up with the kinda attitude you were hoping for. And ive never seen a football team play such a bad half in my entire life and made indy look like they were the #1 team in the nation. Sure doesnt look like CC will be gettin any respect anytime soon eather thats for sure.

As for indy they better not overlook the boro this friday night lookin ahead to the biggest game of the season with Franklin comin up after. Could be a trap game and if they play like they did at chs then indy will loose this week.

Independence definitely has the better athletes but if you sleep on Coffee County it could hurt you. You still have to play the game there are no automatic wins, especially in high school football. Coffee County WILL show up to play. Independence better too or the question this thread asks will be answered.

You are wrong. Last week an Indy poster said Centennial struggled against a weak Overton team and got beat by them. Overton faired much better than Indy did so I guess that makes Indy worse than a weak Overton team. I find it hard to believe that anyone from Indy would ever say another team is weak. How quickly we forget. All of these Indy fans are so happy.....enjoy it while you can. You have only played one good team this year. How did that one go for Indy? Everyone is saying how stingy the Indy defense is. They haven't played anyone with a real offense. I may eat crow on this one but Indy will lose to both Franklin and Brentwood and probably even one more team they should not lose to and fall to 6-4 on the year. They may make the playoffs as a wild card but will quickly be sent home for the holidays.

Yeah workinprogress how bout you post about indy once you know what your talking about. Say what you want but the districts commin down to the thursday night showdown with franklin for the championship. Indy can very easily win that game. They have the talent and athletes this year to do it. Franklin hasnt looked to impressive at all this year. Centennial doesnt stand a chance in this game. Indy is hot right now and should easily be undefeated heading into this game. However there not, but still looking strong and shouldnt loose a game heading into the big match up with franklin that will prob. determine the district champion. Chs will never be good at anything, they always just take all the coaches from indy that got fired and wernt good enough to get it done.

If it wasnt for indy having numerous stupid personal foul penalties that kept there only drive of the game alive after they kept stopping them on 3rd down Brentwood and there sorry PREDICTABLE peewee football play calling they woulda never even gotten past the 50 yardline all night

Well guess youll be shocked then when indy wins? Or will you just be gettin a little more worried that franklin wont show up for a half when they play indy since they cant seem to play a whole game. Then indy will be takin the district after thos 2 wins. Brentwood and franklin are deffinitly down this year so it seems and might be the year the eagles pull it off and everyone can get off the dyson hater bandwagon. Now that he actually has somthing to work with this year will see what kinda coach he really is.

Is brentwood down this year or is smyrna that good. Even though this game is early in the season i think it will go a long way in determining who wins the district. Indy D seems legit and will keep them in every game this year and always give them a chance to win. The only question is will indy finally get over the hump this year and beat brentwood and franklin. I think its very possible and think there on the right track to having a good season after a heartbreaking loss against blackman.

CHS has no chance of keeping this game within 21. Franklin better start playing 2 halfs instead of one if they wanna have a chance at winning the district this year. And i disagree and dont think centennial will ever be good at football at least not anytime soon.

All i know is no one in indys district wants to go against that defense after holding one of the most explosive offense(player) in the state to only 14 points.

It was a good game tonight typical mistakes for first game of the season. Blackman did not look very impressive at all and deffinitly no where near preseason #36 in the nation. Thought indy D did a great job keepin itavius in check. Blackmans way to one dimensional and has absolutly no quarterback play. Indy had all the blackman fans shocked and stunned late in the 4th quarter when they were gettin ready to win the game down inside the 20 with all the momentum. But fell short of the W.

Positive side for indy is they wont see another player the rest of the year anywhere close to the ability of the I-train. But must be killin them knowin they could pulled off the upset that woulda put them on the map.

Is the franklin qb really good as advertised? Chs always seems to have talent but never do to much with it

Id be a little concerned if i was a Blackman fan and that they just tied BGA in a scrimage. Also that indy beat bga in 7 on 7 i know its nowhere close to the same but still if blackman dosnt come ready to play the first game of the season then there going to get upset by indy
