  1. Do the facts strike a nerve? Last I knew a parent could "complain" to administration at any time. There has to be something much bigger than that to get the TSSAA involved and sanctions brought down. Say what you will, but the FACTS tell the story, get over it.
  2. That is almost comical. The former coach brought this on himself and the school. It is obvious from the TSSAA letter and the results published that the infractions were all football player related and matched the years he was employed. Could it have been swept under the rug? I am sure a less than ethical administration could have done that
  3. Is DII getting to the point that the schools need compliance staff to monitor these types of things? I think that is a logical conclusion. It is obvious you cant count on coaches to act ethically. Just stating the facts.
  4. Young Lady, you are too funny. Your posts are getting more and more desperate and this name dropping is really topping the cake. Sorry but you don't fool me.
  5. Don't be misled by this "story" from "deadaim", because that is all it is. At least the third Fairy Tale of how money was gathered. It tries to exonerate the corrupt coach by stirring alumni emotions around how generous parents get it stuck to them. I agree that MBA, as well as Ensworth, Lipscomb, and Ryan parents are very generous and giving. that has nothing at all to do with the actions of the coach. He broke the rules and was caught. Don't lose site of that fact because that is the only fact that has been published on this board.
  6. Why don't you enlighten us Daniel?
  7. I guess that really depends on how you look at it now doesn't it? To be Cancer Free for 1800$ seems like a bargain to me!
  8. I agree with several of the points in this comment, but not all. This team has had a rough start to say the least, but it is well within their potential to turn it around all the way up to Game #10. Leadership on the field, offensive turnovers, and penalties are all correctable. I believe this team is just a few adjustments away from realizing their potential. As far as the comparison to last years coaching staff, I would rather be 1-9 with the current staff than 13-0 with the previous one.
  9. MBA is a better team this year. The offensive play calling is so much better than last year ( who can forget the 3rd and 27 call to run up the middle when we totaled maybe 10 positive yards between the tackles all night). Coach Euverard has one goal and that is to play to win. I think his positive leadership and the team cohesiveness will(IMO)give the Big Red the edge. MBA 24 BA 14
  10. The only bright spots were the passing game? was the paper correct? 10 of 24 and 2 int's? Sounds to me like all facets of the game were tested. There is no shame in getting beat by a better opponent. The Red will come back this week. It's a long season.
