Couldn't agree with you more, they have 2 coaches that have never played a down of football and it shows on fri nights. The d line gets pushed back 10 yards so the linebackers are out of the play then. As for tc game MERCY RULE.

Gordonsville should at least be #5 a solid 1A team. Only losses is to smith county, trousdale co which are ranked #1 in 2A and sc is #2 in 3A.

sorry i did not no they weren't sucessful the 6 times they threw the ball, i was hearing from friends that #2 was a player and he was non exsisting and h20 DB,s are not so not very good. But i give gville coaches credit they saw something on the left side of h2o d line in the 2nd qtr and they wore it out, so no need to throw. As long as gville is balanced i see them going deep in the playoffs.

I agree with you. don't understand why Gville was trying to pass the ball, h20 shut #2 for Gville down. Has Gville been sucessful at throwing the ball this year? They will have to be more balanced when they get deeper in the playoffs. They have a great run game. As for h20 like i said before the last to games no toughness, need to be in the weight room more, get stronger gville wore them out smash mouth style.

Well the coaches of h20 might have done the smart thing in order to get in the playoffs, but they was not smart preparing for fcs.It was one of the most athletic teams that they have taken to fcs and got slammed the worst in one half than any h20 team has. H20 would not have won fri night but they were better than 47-0 at half.

You said it right, I been in and around this district and region a long time its not hard to get up for fc, but the purple tigers have a hard time when it comes to playing fc. They have beaten tc, gville in the past 10yrs but not fc, don't know how to explain it. I would rather go 1 and 9 as long as that win was against fc.

I agree it's time to take off the skirts and step up and fight, show some heart and don't lay down when things get tough. I hope that h20 can pull this off , but it's going to be very difficult unless they change the way they have played in the past 20 plus years against fcs. I have seen h20 a couple of times this year, still think they have some it's all about me players. They have talent but can they put it all together. I haven't seen fcs play, but i have watched gordonsville and they are tough, they play as a team. I hope h20 can come together as a team, and play for each other. we will see

I think h2o will lose this game, but it will be closer than some people think. Watertown has the talent to be in this ballgame in the 4th but as i have said in other post i question their toughness. If they show some heart fri night it will be a game,if not then it will be ugly. FCS is the weakest out of the next three for watertown so this will be a good measuring stick. Swanson71 love yal's coach, going to be fun to watch in the future.

Bottom line is watertown will be sitting home with everyone in this region except tc when the gold ball is awarded. So it dont matter what the records are, yes that includes the tigers from smith county sp is waiting.

From what ive seen h20 lacks toughness, they have some talent but as i said in other post they have not been hit yet, they got hit a little fri night. could be a long 3 weeks if they don't get better.

I will agree with you that gville and tc games are usually close. I Cant coment on fc but gville is always going to be in every game, they always have kids that are going to play every snap like its their last. I was just saying that tc has seperated itself , the rest of this region is a little behind them when it comes to finishing a game and finishing a playoff run. Anyway h20 wins by 7 in a close 1.

It does not matter if you lose by 1, still a loss . 20 losses and counting , you cant honestly say that gville is even close to the BIG ONE. Hands down gville and the commandos has been a consistant 2 and 3 in this region but clearly the gold ball team has seperated themselves over the past 20yrs. I just dont think you can say the big 3.

keeping it real, ive seen watertown play they are more talented and have more speed than they have had in some time. BUT whats going to hurt them is they havent even been hit hard yet but if things go there way they could beat one of the medium 2. Because it is not the big three cause the big 1 is all alone at the top for 20 plus years in this region. gordonsville has not beat the big 1 in 20yrs so gordonsville and friendship is the middle pack.
