Im pulling for Perry County just to make sure they still get in the playoffs I heard about some of their wins getting taken away, that way we dont here Guru whining that they dont get a chance.

I voted correctly, surprised good job both teams will go far.

Ive only been a member a few weeks but Butchie has some of the best comments on this board, I will say this though if we lose the rest of our games I'm staying. Its too fun on these boards. Oh and one more thing did anyone pick up a JACKSON SUN yesterday, can someone explain how if McKenzie beats Huntingdon they clinch the District. I dont seem to understand this. If that happens Friday Night, McKenzie still has to play West Carroll. Now what if West Carroll upsets McKenzie week 10. Wouldn't that make it a 3 way tie since Huntingdon beat West Carroll. If I'm right that makes the sports writer for Jackson Sun distasteful disrespecting a team that would still be in the hunt despite who he thinks would win. Someone shed some light on this.

I thought Huntingdon would go up but didnt think they'd be #1, however we did beat a good Milan team thats saying a lot. Lets see if we can hold onto the spot, the only poll that really matters is the last one

I meant our fans are only loud if we're doing real good other team cheer and holler every time they get a first down, if we get a touchdown they'll scream and a bad call they'll boo but I think they should be a little louder, just saying

like your point of view on that. We still got McKenzie & Dresden which are not a pushovers. McKenzie is even a rivalry, rivalry games are always hard fought.

I wish our fans at Huntingdon had more noise, I'm going to buy me some BB's and a Milk jug lol and shake it but seriously, Ive seen McKenzie fans and they cheer a lot better than us. I cant wait & Im Mustangs more than anything else but how funny would it be for 2 Carroll County teams have a gold ball at the end. It'd be CARROLL COUNTY DOMINATION lol, anyway to all the McKenzie fans Im sure you know your way around Huntingdon but have a safe trip home anyway. GO MUSTANGS!!!

Don't worry about him he'll see come playoff time, we'll be #3 still and they'll be below us still we'll show them in a few weeks. We might should move ahead of Wayne County but they're worrying bout their games now instead of talking mess & they agreed with me when I said South Pitts. should be #1 so like us they are not big headed. Perry County if you think you should be #1 say it but dont talk bad about anyone else till its your turn to play them. I'm sure you wont lose or get any more games taken away from you so we'll prob see you sometime in the playoffs. How'd the scrimmage go hoofbeat I would like to watch these scrimmages but I am usually at work during the scrimmages? Guru if you wanna talk bout Huntingdon already then if you went to scrimmage tell me what you seen I mean it dont mean it'll be like a playoff game but Im wondering how the scrimmage went

I was talking about football, by stating Huntingdon was going to shut them down, I ALREADY APPOLOGIZED about the post in a post above this as well since then because my comments were a little harsh to people that might have worked at them places but I didnt mean it in that way, I was talking about the football team that is all. It should be a good game to be honest, but I guarantee most of you other Huntingdon fans will say we will get Mercy Rule & I dont predict that my prediction is 21-7 Huntingdon. McKenzie has improved and if you read all my other posts you will know Ive already said that. I wouldnt be surprised if both these teams go to state, and would actually enjoy it, it'd be great for the county. I wish for everyone on both teams to be safe and injure free, I want a good game and hope some college scouts come to watch and look at some of the talent of both teams as well, as they'll both play hard. Also you should've said the same thing to whoever the person was that made the McKenzie at Huntingdon post earlier this week before the TCA & Milan game was finished. That's ridiculous to talk about a rivalry getting excited a little early, if people talk bout that offline as well as online itll get people unfocused and I'm glad Butchie or whoever else deleted it and a new topic was made Saturday morning or late friday night as it shouldve been

I appologize for that Hardhead I didnt mean to sound off people losing their jobs, I knew a lot of good people from Huntingdon and McKenzie both esp. when that place closed. I was just trying to start some talk in the forum dont take it personally,& Butchie I would mention the 16 game streak bout a decade ago, but Im sure someone else will get into that.

I think McKenzie has improved a lot if this game was played in week 1 the score would be 60-0 or more Huntingdon in a big one. I am going to make my prediction later, but before I do I would like to say that there will not be any McKenzie vs. Huntingdon Post-Game Parade this year. That wasnt showing any class at all. I remember when McKenzie had a Walmart, it got shut down, I remember McKenzie having a movie theater it got shut down, I remember a furniture company named Gaines it got shut down, well this Friday Night........the McKenzie Rebels will get SHUT DOWN!!!!! Go Mustangs!!!!

I agree with you, neither McKenzie or Huntingdon is a pushover in our district, the sad thing is Im going for Riverside cause I know a few people that play there but people dont need to be dissing the Lions district when they dont know who plays in it. Theres a reason McKenzie and Huntingdon have been in the dirty dozen all year. Im not going to diss Riversides district either they are a good team that has played good opponents and they got a very good adamsville team on their district. Oh & if our district is that weak then it doesnt make Riverside look good as Huntingdon blew them out in week 0 just saying Decatur Mom. That said I do think both these teams are talented however Riversides record does not justify for them at all. I am still calling a upset I just think Dresden wont take them seriously whichll be a big mistake if they dont, however good luck to both teams. dcriverrat same to you our district aint no walk in the park. Dresden, McKenzie, and Huntingdon all good and if Bruceton and West Carroll had more depth so would they. But I hope you all win anyway . GO PANTHERS

Thought I would remind all of the mustang faithful that this game starts at 7:00 so get there early, real early if you want a seat. Also I hope everyone has a safe trip home. GO MUSTANGS

1 more thing Mckenzie vs Huntingdon does effect the playoffs as far as homefield advantage does I believe, cant wait to talk bout the McKenzie Huntingdon game on Saturday just relax a little lol

Too early to comment on this why dont we have a McKenzie @ Adamsville and Huntingdon @ Dresden post as well just saying, I'll post my prediction after the games this week, lots can happen players could get hurt etc. I hope something like that dont happen but it could, we need to go to the games and talk bout these games cause they're all that matters right now. Any mods should close this till late Friday night or Saturday at Midnight just my opinion.

I'm calling a upset on this game and even though they both got great defenses it'll be a defensive nightmare. I predict lots of points will be scored by both teams, should sell a lot of tickets as well.

Good point about Westwood they are very good as well, & I know it'll be a long drive if any of these teams play them but not as far as cookville will be if one of you pulls it off. I think the state championship should be at Nashville isnt fair the teams east dont have to drive far. Just my opinion, I know they have a bidding for the place but it still dont make it right. Good luck to Adamsville as well, they are doing great so far your regular season game with McKenzie will help you both out in your rematch or other teams you will be playing.

I agree with camdenfish 100% and think Camden will have a decent run at the playoffs as well, they looked good against Huntingdon a few weeks ago, they got lots of depth the onside kick on that game hurt them a lot. Good Luck to them
