you just revealed that you have never been out on the football field during a game. The crowds are too small and the stadiums too open to be much of a factor at all at a football game. The band has more impact than the crowd.

Your right bout crowd noise, but at Indy with the band , crowd noise, stamping on bleachers it does get louder then most due to the fact it's the high retaining walls . Now don't confuse it from LP field or the Swamp and it won't be enough noise to alter or effect the play calling

#1 - football kicker - get a life. No one cares about what you did in 2004, or what you claimed to have done and had your daddy pad your stats. It's tough to claim to be the best kicker in the state that year when you were the 2nd best kicker on that team. How was that college career? Oh wait, you couldn't cut it. As for "that other kicker" I seem to remember a much more successful career at MTSU, so you quiet now.

 

#2 - Whoever rebel0471 is, you need to worry about practice and stay off of Coach T. It's obvious that you're on the team, and this needs to be the last thing that anyone from Franklin's team is worrying about.,

 

#3 - The difference in all of the turnover from the first game is simply this right here....Franklin committed most of their own turnovers (fumbles, muffed punt, etc) However the difference in Smyrna's turnover is that Franklin D FORCED them. There is a major difference there, something that most don't realize especially if they weren't at the first game.

 

Bottom line, that was week 5, this is playoffs round 1. Neither team is the same to this point. I thought that Williamson County were the vaunted ones, but Rutherford County is rather full of themselves.

 

How about everyone quit talking about the last game and move on to the current one since both teams are now 0-0 at this point? Smyrna did make a deep run at the playoffs last year, congrats, but give Franklin some credit where it's due. Franklin just recorded it's 100th win in the last 10 years, so I'd say that they've had some successes in recent years as well.

Seriously??? Our defense DOMINATED every school you just mentioned. Eubanks was ready for them! It's just sad that our offense turns the ball over so much putting us in bad spots ultimately losing the game for us. Centennial's D will keep them in every game. We will begin our quest to run the table starting Friday with an easy win over Tullahoma. Tullahoma will not score on Eubanks.

Round 2! This is gonna be a hyped week. Maybe the O will do what they did in second half of Brentwood game. If they do then Rebels will win. Dont see Smyrna scoring more than one to two TD so should be a good shot for the rebels.

I think its a little immature to call kids out on actions they do on the field. These are still young men who make mistakes, but the blasting on Franklin's coaching staff is also a bit too much imo. The kid that Transferred to Franklin didnt steal a car, but rather hitched a ride with some of his friends who stole the car. Either way we all are happy that he is a Franklin Rebel, as im sure he is as well getting to finally getting to play some meaningful football games. Lets call into question Brentwood shall we. #'s 71/82/83 are all zoned to go to Franklin high school. How are they playing at Brentwood?? #'s 12/6 are zoned to be at Independence High school. Things that make you say hmmmm. I dont see anyone calling out Brentwoods staff for Illegal recruiting.. Dont throw stones when you live in a glass house..

I've been waiting all season for the Eagles to have their wings fall off and slip up. Dyson has stuck enough super glue to keep this bunch together and believing they can play with anyone. I'm just banking on a gut feeling that the Eagles finally go into a game with too much confidence and finally do slip up at the worst time. It should be a great game.

Again the Indy defense will show up and will for the most part have to win the game.

We played both teams and Franklin is much better than Brentwood, but Brentwood is more disciplined in what they do. Franklin wants to throw the ball to win and Brentwood wants to run the ball to win. Franklin makes way more mistakes with penalties and turnovers. I also believe the QB from Franklin is good but way over hyped. The Franklin Defense is better than the Brentwood Defense. All this being said I will say Franklin wins but I will not be surprised if too many penalties make for a Brentwood upset.

This will be a close game just since indy relies heavily on there stout Defense to come through and you never really know what your going to get with the offense. I dont see seigal winning this one especially since they havnt the past 2 years when indy was really down.

Indy D is as good as it gets but still worried playoff time and their offense it's realistic they can be a one and done with a 7 - 3 loss, but eagels have been shutting up all the critics up all year long as the underdog

Franklin's offense is one dimensional? What do you call our running back? We have more backs then just C Black but coach likes to give it to him more. as for that one dimensional stuff, what about Matt's stats they would be so much better if we were just one dimensional. I will tell you I was the first one to call out Dyson and the offense, but they get it done ...

Fhs is not lacking scouting , they will load the box so it will come to the big boys up front ....The Eagles, can't be throwing any int's if they want to win. I do believe indy will be able to run the ball, I do think indy will keep Matt in check

But as I said before if fhs for a up early in the game, doubt may creep up in the ihs minds , however eagles have been proving all year long they beat the odds
