Grundy played @ SC last week. They did not drop the Flaming Spear. I was actually looking forward to seeing that. They just ran out of a big blow up Indian Head Dress. I will tell you this. SC's football stadium is very nice. I was very impressed.

I wish someone would tell this to some of our silly Grundy fans.

Good post. You are right. It is probably not realistic that #1 could carry the ball 20-30 times especially the way he plays on Defense too.

Thanks Pride and grundyfan. With all the hoopla going on......I almost forgot we had a game this week. If Silverdale is truly big and slow like you say, we should be able to open up the Offense. I hope #8 is healthy this week. We need him.

Roy is the man! Ya'll better listen to him. He knows what he's talking about. I can tell you from past experience (last week actually) Them Injuns will come ready to play and they will play as a team. If them Pirates don't have it together they will get beat. O yeah just a word of advice. I wouldn't worry about practicing this week on kickoff returns because that Injun kicker can kick it a mile. I think he kicked one over the mountain last Friday.

Any Silverdale fans around here? I would love to hear some insight on what to expect from The Seahawks Friday night.

Well Indian....that's just what some Grundy fans do. When we lose they want to blame the coaches for all of it. I do agree with you. If we can get the defense clickin we will be fine. But you have to give credit where credit is due. SC just beat us Friday Night in all phases of the game. I think we can be a dangerous team to play and at any given Friday we could sneak up on someone and win one we are not supposed to win.

Well I am not on the pass list. I do however have season passes that I had to pay for. I wonder if we could talk to someone about getting Beaver on the pass list?

Well Indian. If SC can play defense all year as well as they did Friday night then I think they will beat Marion by at least 2 TD's. The biggest thing I noticed about SC Friday was this and I may be wrong. You can correct me if I am. They do not have the 1 or 2 stand out players that you notice all game long but everyone plays together as a team. In my book....that will get you wins almost every week.

Here we go again. Are you kidding me? It's a game thread and all you all want to talk about is the coaching staff. What about the game itself? If you want to talk about the coaches go make a thread about the coaches. Let's talk about the actual game here boys. Don't let Silverdale's record fool you. I know they are 3-0. But look at who they have played and how many points those teams have scored. Lookout Valley 18 points in 2 games Community 3 points in 3 games Copper Basin 7 points in 3 games I have little doubt that this will be a blowout game for either team. I believe that Grundy will get it together this week and come out fired up and win at home. Go Grundy!

This is getting old. I believe this thread is called Grundy @ Sequatchie. That game is over if any of you have not noticed. It's time to quit crying and move on to Silverdale. If you want to talk about coaches. Just make a topic on Grundy Coaching and quit littering up the game threads with this mess. I am moving on to the Silverdale/Grundy thread. Hopefully we can actually talk about the game itself there.

Pride. You are right. These coaches are great people. And in my opinion great coaches. Better than what most of these fans realize. Don't let what some of these folks say run you out of here. They are just expressing their opinions. We all have the right to do that. You need to have thick skin if you are going to be in here posting stuff. I don't let what anyone says bother me. At the end of the day we all want to see our team win. GO GRUNDY!
