with some of our starters not being availible for Friday and Saturday changes our outlook a little I believe.......the absence on Friday may have the largest effect.......Blackman and Oakland appear to be playing well at this point too.....good thing they are not district games....what do you experts think?

it appears wtih Sequatchie County running the table, we have a new contender to battle Baylor for the top spot on the Chatt Boogie #10.......anyone know when they are scheduled to play each other

may be someone out there to take Oak Ridge down and I know that somewhere down the line, odds say it will happen......I would not bet that it would not happen. I think they lost 5 games last year, 1 to Bearden and 2 were to Farrragut (Last Year) and yeah; handidly.......OR had 2 seniors last year if I am not mistaken. I have seen them a few times already this year and they are big, strong, physical and above average skilled. They also have #24. A true striker that swings at it every time it touches her foot, missing by far most of the time; BUT they do get the net.

My soccer expertise, definatley does not match up to the likes of some you that I have followed for some time. I like them.

So close last night...

Obion County 3-0 13 Ripley 0-6 0

Ripley has not won a game since they started the program I think in 2009......they have had teams put +10 on them this year and last year there were 7 teams hang + 10 on them with Crocket County beating them 17-0........Hopefully the coach has the girls believing it builds character

talked with a buddy of mine this morning.......all he would tell me is that EH was up big in the 1st 10 minutes.......they had not been to sleep and still dancing in the streets........Do not think I will comment further

as we use to say when we were strapping for players on my daughters select team....it only takes 11....though I know that is a lot to ask of 11 girls....it may not be the invaluable experience for those JV players that are most important to the system.......there could be more at stake.....never the less, I hope those girls heal quickly

Is Baylor down on Numbers this year.......just does not seem like a few injuries would effect a huge elite program like that....at least to the point they would opt out of playing on a couple of local non district games.....must have a load of freak injuries......I did not think that the teams in the Baylor Tournament were that Physical, maybe Oak Ridge.......INTERESTING

At the end of the day we had our chances and plenty of them....possibly on a silver platter....just was not our day...so proud of the LADAY IRISH....lets go at it in 2012
