  1. Alright, Hahah goodluck with season.
  2. Hahaha okay now, if you read on page like 15 or 16 he was asking for the score of that upcoming game, wasn't trying to offend anyone.
  3. White House Heritage beat University School of Nashville tonight 14-3. That's with taking a lot of Varsity out after the 4th Inning.
  4. Maybe so, I know both pitched at some point.
  5. Believe is was Sophomore Brandon Osteen. He has potential!
  6. Okay, So I've been wondering much about the BBCOR rules lately. I've read up on most of the stuff, but there is still one thing i'm not clear on. Are wood bats allowed with the new rules? I'm not talking about the wood bats with the BBCOR stamp on them either. I'm talking about real wood bats like you'd see in the Majors. I'm not completely sure why anybody would want to use a wood bat compared to any metal bat, but I have been asked this question and it made me curious. Anything would help! Thanks!
  7. This is extremely true. Saw so many of these last weekend! Truthfully, With the 7 games I've seen this year have yet to see one actually go past an outfielder.
  8. WHH pitched a JV pitcher. They had 4 starters playing. Hopefully they'll meet again is all I can really say. Goodluck with the season.
  9. Nope, I'm just assuming like you were to White House Heritage. From what I saw they didn't look like state quality. Plain and simple..
  10. Hahaha, well I've seen some long homeruns in middle school before BBCOR wouldn't suprise me
  11. Check back tomorrow around this time, WHH plays USN tomorrow. Guarantee you the story will not be the same with all starters.
  12. How'd White House Heritage looking compared to the rest of the 10A? Saw them play against Hendersonville they looked pretty good.
  13. It was a free subsitition game where WHH pitched JV pitchers. Would be a good game if both played their top. I believe MTCS was starting mostly non-JV players as well.
  14. Yeah, this is true. They did throw 2 of the JV pitchers though I believe. I believe they could deffinatly beat MTCS with Heritage's best team on the field. Hopefully they'll meet in regions.

    bats

We bought the XL2 which is part of the Power Brigade nobody liked it. I was told that when the bat made contact it felt like concrete against the ball. We then bought the CF5 this is a very nice bat. Takes a while to break it in, but so far so good with this bat. It's not top heavy at all like the other BBCOR bats. Very well balanced. I've heard the the Cat 5 can't be used any more. I found that really funny because, the hits i've seen with that bat haven't gotten out of the infield. I'd say the best 5 bats out now are: Voodoo ,CF5 ,Rawlings 5150, Verdero 718Max, and S2 from power brigade.
  16. I don't see Eagleville going to state. I'd look for White House Heritage or Clarksville Academy getting really close this year. Heritage is looking really strong so far.
  17. Must be some monster Middle Schoolers! What bats were they using?
  18. Ahh okay, thanks for the information!
  19. Ah Alright, Have you heard anything about them this year?
  20. So I saw that Jo Byrns and Portland are playing tonight. Anybody know how this game went? I'd like some input on how Jo Byrns played.
  21. Yeah texting CoachT is the only way that i've heard of doing it. DO yall know anything about entering stats?
  22. Yeah Heritage has their own Softball and Baseball team this year. I believe Mcewen beat Heritage in 1 game last year just making sure they weren't a notch up
  23. Pitching WILL NOT be an issue for Heritage this year. They have a deep pitching staff with a total of 7 or 8 kids who all have the ability to go deep in a game. Heritage does basically have the same talent besides losing 2-3 seniors. The thing is all of these kids have improved signigficantly this year. I believe last year it was just young talent, looking at those Seniors can be rough on some of them. With the size of this team it will be no problem this year. I'd be looking for the whole line-up to be able smash the ball. 1.Walker - Senior, Hit 9 homeruns last year 2.Mitchell - Senior, Best all around hitter probably in the district, hit 3 homeruns in just 1 game last season. 3.Allison - Junior, who hit a few out last year, has the power to do real damage now. 4.Piercefield - Junior, who hit .500+ Batting Average last season, has power too. 5.Denton - Junior, who has the be the best 9th hitter in the Region. This kid can hit anything. 6.Turner - Sophomore, left handed hitter who will be great, has the power for long balls. 7.Swonsen- Sophomore, hit 3 homeruns in summer ball. Great hitting!! You can prepare all you want, when you get to this team it's just not going to be good enough. In other news, I've heard that East Robertson is suppossed to be great. I would like to kindly decline this. They have a pitching staff of 2 Seniors and 1 Freshmen, they are just not going to be deep enough. Does Jo Byrns still have all those big boys from last year? How many seniors did they lose?
