    This meaning that Waverly is in a second or nothing spot this week...or a must win against Camden if they lose this week(which once again you know how I think that game will turn out) ...And for the record papa I plan to be there for that game....And for the record once again....I have no connection with Camden, but actually as I have stated before have lived in Waverly, never once in Camden...and have some connection to present day Waverly at that..

     

    This game is suddenly scary now.

    this one is a coin toss, who wants it the most?

     

    To quote the movie, "No Country For Old Men," "What's the most, you ever lost, on a coin toss?"

    Okay now..

     

    Number 1, why is it that Stewart County Rebel fans and players must get on every single Waverly board and bash at the Tigers? Sure, we loathe one another, but that gives no reason at all to bash at us. Is this one sided? Of course not. There are Tiger fans on this site, ah, they know who they are, that bash the Rebels just as much as the Rebel fans bash the Tigers. I make myself sound like a hypocrite by saying this, but it still needs to be said. You beat us in '07, you got us there. Who didn't beat us? Exactly. We beat you guys in '08. We have got you there. Now we wait until basketball. Please don't start that mess here though. I beg you.

     

    Number 2, I really like Waverly's chances this week. The defense is playing great after the Lewis Co. game. And the offense last week against Adamsville was outstanding. I really like where the Tigers are headed right now. A lot of that coincides with good coaching, having the right players at the right spots, and the players working hard all of the time. The Tigers skill players are really showing their swagger this season with Fuller, Bercik, Purcell, Hale, Anderson, and Vogel stepping up big. And I know that I have left people out.

     

    To all the fans, come to Huntington and support your Tigers this week, please. Huntington has a big visitors section, let's fill it up.

    hey man what is the deal wit that ya;ll are pretty good but geuess wat we still blew u out by 3 touchdowns we even blocked ur extra point just stay off our post board and for ya'll who think i'm not a tiger fan u obvious don't know who i am, but im still sorry for asking for bulliten board material thats not what i was wnating anyways ya'll have a good night and hope we have a good crowd to match huntingdon, even though thats not gonna happen, Waverly fan make it happen, i'm certainly gonna be there

     

     

    Please use correct grammar. Please. Use punctuation at least. And by that I do not mean 1,000 commas. Please, separate your thoughts.

I can respect that. I love our teams too and will be behind them all the way. I just laugh when you come up with these scenarios. FACT-. Hickman will beat Harpeth as bad as they really want to, FACT- ,you guys squeaked by Harpeth, Score does not reflect it but you know as well as Harpeth the Ball game was in Question until the end. FICTION - You will beat Hickman. FACT-Hickman had a sloppy game against a powerful Fairview Team, They are hungry to make a Statement for the Region to see, UNFORTUNATE- Waverly is next in line,thus being the reciepiants of a Royal whuppin.

     

    Those are opinions my good friend.

     

    This game will undoubtedly be a slobber knocker. I for one cannot wait to make the drive to Hickman to watch two teams that love to play hard go at each other for four quarters. I don't make predictions, but i will say that it will be close. No blowout here on either side.

    The shot from the guy at the end was completely dirty. Completely classless as well.

     

    Oh well.

     

    Job well done Tigers. I'll be there next week in Hickman County, which will be an all out fight. I am really looking forward to it.

     

    Also, prayers are with the injured, the sore, and the tired. Stay tough fellas.

    All I have to say is GO TIGERS! And some more stuff..haha

     

    Waverly Central and Stewart County is always hard fought game, no doubt about it. I am only repeating what others have said already. SC has that reputation to be a little dirty, however, being dirty is football. Is it wrong? Yes. Still though, there is going to be eye poking during and after nearly every play. Linemen play dirty. There will be some head hunting for sure, and that is what people come out to see. Now, of course, no one wants to see anyone get hurt; although, what is better than seeing high-school kids fly around at ninety to nothing all for the glory of a win?

     

    I'll be there with the colors of WCHS on and cheering on the team while wearing those colors.

  15. District 11AA Tournament

    I thought there were only two technicals. I am almost positive. Vogel and Coach Craig. But the Rebels could not rebound in the second half at all. They couldnt hit a free throw or a three. Waverly did all of that and moved the ball great. Waverly hit 10 threes, and i think 8 were in the second half. 29 point turn around in the second half. Way to go Tigers, you showed a lot tonight.

     

    Congrats to SC on hosting a play in game. Good luck in the off season and the season to come.

    Weather yesterday was great, now today was baseball weather, wet, cold and windy. You get a good day, then you get two or three bad ones. Great day of practice today though. I'm so pumped up for this season.

    Tomorrow night's game Fairview at Waverly should be good. If Fairview pulls it out, they should finish in the four spot and Waverly would most likely drop to the 6 spot as SC owns the tiebreaker with them.

     

    If Wavewrly wins, there would be a three way tie in all likelyhood.

     

    I thought Fairview would win this game, but with their injuries I give this one to Waverly. Waverly at home is hard to beat and a team without all its weapons would have trouble winning there.

     

    I agree. It's a big night for Waverly. It's Senior Night in Tiger Town. Although the guys have no Seniors other than the injured Chase Collump, emotions will be running on high in this game. Not just because of Senior night, but this game is big. Just like you said. The Tigers control their destiny, and I'm sure they wouldn't have it any other way.
