  1. I'll have to wait and see the shots he takes in a game, but Ben Leonard from Waverly Central has a better shot than his brother (Jonathan, who graduated in 2005). If anyone remembers Jonathon, he was a heck of a shooter. Ben works constantly and will only get better.

He is a Jr. this year.

  2. I'm pretty excited for basketball this year. IMO, Harpeth will have the team to beat this year. As for everyone else, I can't say much now.

Waverly will be prepared. They lost their starting PG this year to an injury suffered in a scrimmage for football. They won't be a big team, but they will be very athletic.

I can't wait for basketball season to finally arrive!

  3. We definitely wouldn't go 0-10 if we got to play SC again. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

    Haha, good one.

But seriously, I've heard this adage for years. "We didn't win, but we sure let 'em know that we were there." That's what the Tigers did tonight. We still didn't tackle well in the second level though. We were grabbing instead of tackling it appeared. Heck, I could be wrong though. But not a bad effort tonight Waverly. And more importantly, get better Scot, thoughts and prayers are with you.

Look, I've met you, papatiger, you seem like a nice fella. But seriously, let the whole Stewart Co. thing go. They beat you already, and even if it was like a century ago since they last beat you, they did it THIS year.

Now, I don't like em any more than you do, but give them their due. It's not like you guys don't get the chance for revenge next season.

I agree rcombs. Just let it go PapaT. I did, and you can do it too! /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

  4. Both teams played really hard and it could have gone either way.

OH if yall are wondering about jordan stokes.....he broke his leg in two places and hes out for 6-8 weeks

so Blake needs to step up and take over the offense.

First off, thoughts and prayers are with Jordan and his family. Second of all, congratulations to Mcewen on this big win tonight. This season for the Indians reminds me of the Tigers' season from two years ago. We had three games go into OT in 4 weeks. Complete madness. Best of luck for the rest of the season fellas.
