Cheatham county put up 56 on a very good mt pleasant team with out thier starting QB Potts.That Cheatham vs Camden game is the GOW for sure. Mistakes better be brought down to nothing if the Lions are going to escape the cubs den next week.

I was one of the many Camden fans at the Tigers game last week. They moved to ball well running over the left side of the line but the right was being dominated and the defense needs work. Camdens defense looked outstanding in their game Vs Lipscomb. The lions didn't seem to be using so many kids both waysA few kids played both O and d at times but unlike years past i didn't see anyone playing iron man for the Lions. Will this bite them in the long run or will it pay off huge? only time will tell

Waverly could be the sleeper pick? If the world was backwords I would agree. you are spot on about Cheatham and Camden though. Camden has a load of seniors this year and TBH thats a rare thing for Camden . I liked what i saw of Cheatham last year. A huge line and some good RBs that QB is a tough son of a gun with wheels . That Camden vs Cheatham match up will probably decide the district early but Creeckwood and Harpeth will definately have something to say about it if Camden or Cheatham take them lightly. I can't wait for the season to start.

Yeap Camden fell to Spring hill 3-1. They had thier chances and springhills pitcher just battled out of jams. Good season again boys. Camdens out look for next year is bright. The soon to be sophmore class is one of the most talented to come through Camden in a long time. Good

It's a shame our district can't send more than 2 on to reginals because Camden Creekwood and Waverly are all fantastic teams with out standing pitching,hitting and defense. Camden took the first game in the finals but fell 4-2 in the second game to Creekwood tonight. I'm sure Camden and Creekwood will rep the district well.

Camden takes 2 from MC at MC to win the district tourney for the second straight year. Congrats boys.GL to MC boys great team and classy fans/parents.Never an excuse from them win or lose. so much for the "short porch at camden gets in opposing teams heads" excuses from last year and earlier this year from some other schools
