The 2010-11 King College Women's Wrestling Team is a fully funded program competing in the Womens College Wrestling Association (WCWA). King also provides potential funding to qualifying tournament in order to represent our country on US World Teams

King College is a Presbyterian-affiliated comprehensive college structured on a university model. The College offers more than 80 majors, minors, pre-professional degrees and concentrations in fields such as business, nursing, digital media, forensic science, education, and humanities.

Bristol is known as the “Birthplace of Country Music.†It is also home to the Bristol Motor Speedway, the world’s fastest half-mile track, where thousands attend NASCAR races every year.

Campus: 135 wooded acres and Georgian-style architecture buildings provide a quiet, beautiful learning environment that’s just two minutes away from bustling downtown Bristol.

In 2009, King established a Women's Wrestling Program, and joined the WCWA (Women's College Wrestling Association). Jason Moorman was named head coach. During it's first year of competition, King finished 10th at the WCWA National Championships, with four All-Americans.

During the 2010 season King finished ranked No. 4 with 7 All-Americans; including one National Champion.

The 2011-12 season started with King ranked 4th. After the season started and progress King is now ranked 2nd with twelve individual rankings in the top eight.Two College National Champions and 13 All Americans.

For our 2012-2013 season we currently hold the number 1 spot in Pre-Season Rankings.
