Lewis beat a 1A football team that is 0-2 with a total of 13 pts in to games. Fairview has been tested , up by 11 against a good Cheatham team they came back and beat Fairview and they made no excuses. Lewis will be tested this week. Hats off to Cheatham they are a good team.

Sounds like he does not respect Cheatham or Fairview.
-
So you are saying Fairview was less then stellar and cheatham is not very good.
-
So you went and SAW fairviews two games, why would you not go to watch Lewis play?
-
I think he has started at WR and in Def. backfield , he moved to QB. He is fast but I will let you be the judge. Maybe you can give us a report next week.
-
Saw in the paper this morning the back up QB lead the team in rushing and was 6 for 10 passing. 210 yds of total off. , sounds like Fairview will be ok with him keeping the QB seat warm til the starter gets healthy.

It depends on the weather , could get some rain Friday. If it is a wet surface I think it helps the cubs and the game is close. If it is somewhat dry and a faster track it helps Fairview. I see Fairview coming out on top either way, just not sure if it is by 7 or 28 (conditions). Hoping for good weather , 38-10 Fairview .

Sorry for the mis spelling it is fluke, that was almost bad.

IMO the starting units looked to be about even , and both need to tighten up a few bolts. Fairview looked to be alittle faster overall between the starting units. And in a real contest I would give the edge to Fairview if you factor in the special teams. (good kicker) But in all fairness Warton only played 3 plays before going out with injury trying tackle fairviews J. Franklin who is a player. No fluck in that run it was one for the highlight reel. The second unit and third was what I expected due to the depth of a 6A program vs a 3a. Fairview's third unit looked to be mostly freshman. But hats off to both teams and some good work for 4 days in pads, also looked to get a little chippy at the end I think the refs called it due to some temper. Looked like both teams just had a lot of pride and wanted to get after it , it was an enter county scrimmage. But was not a big deal both teams still lined up and shook hands. Good luck to both teams on the reg. season they will both make Williamson County proud.

Oh, then LC is turning 26 of 22 starters , and Fairview is turning 27 if that is the formula Mr Spin Doctor ( sounds like you are calling what you what ) and we will see you guys in Giles have a tough time taking your hat. LC played your JV team due to 30 injuries and Fairview did not win the district Giles lost it. But Giles lost it three times last year and as for Lincoln being 6a it was you Giles guys you said earlier in some any given fri. Nite. I believe it is the size of the dog in the fight this is what happened to you with LC not injuries.
-
Good Luck LC , look forward to hearing some results on the tune up.
-
5 on offense and seven on defense. Or at least that is what the program reported to Murphy Fair. By my math that is 12. So it looks like it is tweaked to 12.
-
10 on defense and 8 on offense. Those numbers could be tweaked by one or two pending formations games began in.
-
Injuries are part of the game. Hope those injured players did not grad. , because LC returns almost everybody. 51 to 28 that's more then a few injuries.

Wheels came off? The engine fell out. You had 3 loses in the reg. season. Yes you guys have a great team and look forward to great District 12AA season.
-
I know you would think 21 and 4 would get you some respect. Some people are harder to convince so just go out and Beat ' em all Fairview.

I think Fairview is returning 17 of 22 starters , and most of this group has be starting and or playing since the 2010 season. 2010 they out scored thier opp. (I think) 406 to 145 , and in 2011 is was 465 to 185. They are the defending District Champs and returning 17 starters , should be the favorites in the district IMO with a two year record of 21 and 4. Yet Giles has be picked to win 12AA with a two year record of 19 and 7. Now we hear Giles has made the Fairview game thier homecoming. This is like putting a stick in a yellow jacket nest. This may put a bigger chip on their shoulder. But Fairview still has some good teams ahead of them long before Giles , so they need to take it one fri. at a time. Fairview has already had two very good seasons. This year they should be shooting for a special year and a trip to cookville. They need this in order to gain some respect. Look forward to following the Jackets this year ,and yes week 0 Cubs vs Jackets will be a good match up.

Was told they are bigger and faster in there skill pos. and added depth. And looked good at Vandy, but that is just 7 on 7.

Giles is 4A they should win over a 3A school. And you would think by more than just a point or two. It has been close the last two years. Not very impressive for a 4A school. I think it says more about Fairview then Giles. Giles does have a good program and kids just hope that poor Fairview team can keep it close.

You did do a good job of stirring up that bucket. But I can't help but notice you brought up the speed thing again. Maybe subconsciously you are worried about that speed.
