Cheap scores come from giving a pass happy team a short field also. I'm not suggesting they change anything this season this late into it. It is just a bit of affirmation for what the previous poster said.

Cheatham put the ball on the carpet twice which lengthened this game quite a bit. If they can prevent those mistakes I don't see how anyone can say they don't have a chance. I wonder what team has more long plays than cheatham does this year?

I regularly visit that site. Maxprep and the other media outlets do not visit that site to get info on the cubs. These superlative cub players are short changed because their stats are not reported to the major outlets.

Maxprep is only as good as the stats that are reported to them. For whatever reason the cheatham county stats are not reported well to any media outlet. That's why you don't see the chetham playmakers in those lists.

About a hundred thousand fans and 2+ million dollars difference, not to mention hundreds of scholarships. For real until just now Cheatham fans have not been talking about grundy's season only about their game in this past game. As for dooley, his big mistake was running off a good defensive coordinator for a pig in a poke.

Cheerleading is a sport like weithlifting is a sport. Cheerleading is a sport like karate is a sport. Athletes participate in sports and cheerleaders are most definately athletes (if they do it right). AND... are you listening???? Underwater basket weaving could very potentially be a sport. It involves physical conditioning related to endurance (holding your breath).

Kids on teams have family and friends. Even if those kids don't pay attention family and friends do and have no reluctance about sharing the buzz. I've mentioned it before but here goes again... Way back when beech was playing their first game it was against cheatham county. We got the buzz that the odds makers were favoring beech by a wide margin. We blasted them 41-0.
