It needs to exist to win on a national level. No team around here has won a national championship. So in order to do that the best boys have to play on the same teams. Why are you agianst it. this is what they do all over the country.The best boys play on 1 or 2 of the best teams in there city. that way you will get more kids seen by major college coaches. in the summer time this is the main time to improve your game you cant improve playing on some low level aau team that your dad's friend started up.

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

I like what the game said i think every coach in the 13 14 15 16 year old should get together and we should all come to some kind of agreement to get the best kids on one or two teams and let those be your traveling teams and all the rest of the kids would then try out for the what we should call developmental teams and then we would have every level of comepetion playing in the summer. but if you keep having 2 or 3 of the best players playing on one team and so on we will never get anywhere. it will take alot of scarifice from alot of people and maybe we can come together and make some kind of nashville aau board where you have one person from every program on it get these kids on the court together. but coaches will have to put personal feelings aside with there kids and other coaches and parents. I beleive that aau ball is for getting these kids seen on a national level and alot of these kids on these teams are not ready for aau div 1 some are ready for div2 but alot arent ready for anything. i would really hope we could all get together to put something big for next season down because we do have the talent to comepet nationally if we had 1 or 2 teams at every level. Mr. Touchdown you seem like you have some kind of proof about these boys. If you dont have proof then you really need to stop. It is to hard to cheat at the highschool level these days everybody knows most of these players these days i have personally seen most of there metro players play freshmen ball this past year. i really want to know your proof.

there is no argument with that from me i have played and coached aganist many teams from memphis and i will give it you all your boys play hard the whole game no matter what and they are always well coached i just think that something should be done about playing in your closet sub-state if you think about it in the 14u div. there 5 out of the 8 teams will be from memphis. there is no doubt memphis plays the best ball in this state and one of the best in this country but i think you should have to come out of your own sub state if you dont make it then you should have to go to super regionals like the rest of us. but i guess you can argue that the rest of the state just needs to catch up to yall.

so 2 memphis teams came all the way up here and took 2 midstate bids away. what do yall think about that?

Anyone know how the nashville teams did in the Sub State i know the Thunder,Royals and The Blue devils where all up there so please post the results if you have them.

Does anybody have a schedule of the games this weekend and the pools i heard it is supposed to be a tough tournament.

How did the Tennessee Fire look down there who do they have on there team. Also where does south east elite get most of there players

who does the Southeast Elite have on there team to watch out for. Are they really that good. If the Yomca is so good why are they coming all the way to lynchburg for a sub-state that does not make any sense to me..... Also has any one seen the elite play or are you going off of last years team.
