I got a question. Even if you have one stud on the mound, wouldn't he start to lose steam at this point in the season if he is having to pitch every game they need a win. I personally think there should be an inning to game ratio rule. 10 Innings in two days in my opionion is stupid, because if you do play on Monday and Wednesday and Friday then you can use your stud in each game. I know coaches that would do that. Same with catchers. There should be alot of protection for both these positions for coaches that will do absolutly anything to win.

No, haha But she can pitch most good catchers can. I was just putting her name out there cause she is a good player and by far the best freshman on Wartburg's team. The only game i seen she started 1st

I agree with whoever said they don't it is interesting. And the cheerleaders. And it beein so cold. There are so many things that make High School baseball non-enjoyable for the fan. Yea, it's cold and at 4:30, but I think Baseball is the greatest game ever to be played but if it was more like 80 or 75 outside alot more people would attend for sure.

Depends on what you consider an ace. If you mean best overall pitcher I don't think Wartburg really has one like most teams. They have 4 to 5 guys who can pitch each one bringing a lil something different to the mound.

I think they are seniors. At least I hope they are.

HaHa. I'd say who scores more runs. Should be good but Wartburg will have to play better Defense. After coming off there first win they now have a lil confidence. I think Wartburg holds the upper hand because they play Oakdale and Coalfield plays Oz Tuesday. Should be a good one I can't wait.

That's right. I talked to him this morning and My memory ain't that great. He is a great player, Coalfield has a chance but they will need to play error free ball cause Oz will take advantage of that.

Coalfield lost a valuable hitter in Benjerman Duncan in an injury last night to Carter. Benji is a great player and will be missed in this game. I know it will be killin him not beeing able to play, but I think Oz will win this one. Does either one of the Justice twins pitch? I know both of them have complete cannons.

10-0 and I have a great deal of respect for Oz, so lay off and we will see what happend when Oz travels to The Burg. BTW Justice twins ya scare the crap outta me everytime ya'll step up to the plate. I think Oz is the best team this year.

6 Starting Freshman and Oz was held to 3 runs going into the fifth inning. Oz is a great team and now I know why HYUNBASS is so hard on charles mitchell. BTW it's a lil stupid to lay a tag when you dropped the ball. You were gunned my friend ask anyone on your team. Also, great game Leach can't wait till next time.

Coalfield threw Warwick I think and yes he is a talented freshman. Can't wait till thursday Wartburg Coalfield at Wartburg. Coalfield is a talented team and Wartburg finally got a win tonight. Should be fun to watch.

Oh by the way people was talkin he went to Coalfield. He might do it but I honestly hadn't heard of him, but I don't talk to many kids from Coalfield cause I don't see em alot.

Mr 33 noone wants to hear your self brag about stealing second on a ball that you were toast and was dropped. And For your info I know the ball was in the dirt I threw the thing. I shook off the heat and threw a curve and Tyler threw Leach out. You stole on a change up and still nailed. Now I know why the hynnbuss guy rags you so hard. you was the same one that I struck out and you got first on a pass ball. haha nice struck out by a freshman in his first game and then gunned by a freshman. Leach pitched for OZ and anyone who thinks that Wartburg has no talent and didn't deserve to be in it ask anyone who played in the game. Wartburg came in and was not intimadated by a very good Oz team. Oz had 9 hits, and Wartburg made around 4 to 5 errors. Oz is a great team but to diss Wartburg for their outting in uncalled for and unnecessary because they kept it close. Oz just couldn't get their bats going, you can say they wasn't hittin but When a kid is pitchin and gettin ground ball after ground ball and pop after pop the kid is doing something right. Wartburg will be able to contend but Oz is very talented and still in my opion the best team in the region.

Wartburg held with Oz tonight 3-0 for a long time. I think that deserves a lil respect.
