Sounds like a good logical answer to me. I do think Catholic has the better athletes and a great coaching staff and yes I also think Scott will be ready. Your score seems reasonable. I could also see others making other cases too. But the real talk is done on the field. Doesn't matter what you or I think. Its just fun to get the hype up! Just what I expected but not meaning any disrespect to my or your team. An Average Alcoa team means state expectations. Just like I said. "Average or mean" is the sum of all of n divided by n. Its basic statistics. Your program doesnt have much variance in its success rate. This means your standard deviation is very small making the the area underneath the curve of the normal distribution greatest in the middle. The data isn't skewed to the right or left. In other words your consistant and really don't have a so called "down year" which I never mentioned. If you don't believe me come up with an equation representing Alcoas success. Take the integral of that equation from one of Alcoa's "old years" to the present date. Find your p-value and then finally reject or accept the null hypothesis using a z-score test.

Where is everyone?

Yes this game put our fans in panic. We go down 21-0 right from the beginning. They threw everything at us from onside kicks to going for every 4th down. The scary part was all their chances worked. 2nd half we opened it up after being asleep. We came out flat as can be first half and they had nothing to lose and were up extremely! This was the 1st time in Scott High history we've been scored on by them. Scott was comming into this game 6-0 against teams from maynardville with a combined score of 277-0. This game was just one of those crazy things that shouldn't happen.

Well yes I guess what I mean is theyre an average Alcoa team. Still blows everyone out and should be the favorite for a state championship. I guess not winning one in two years seems down to me. I just always remembered them like Fulton in the past. (Beats anybody in any class) I guess you can't expect that every year. The 2010 team was the best Alcoa team I've seen with big brother Tyson, Warren, and Austin Talent. Not saying that this team is bad at all. I mean they should win it all!

Which they still blew us out after we went up 7-0 when they woke back up They might not be the same Alcoa but I have a lot of respect for this power house program.

This is true. It does make us a better team but sure doesn't help the fan support and support with fund raisers etc. That's just because people are ignorant and really don't understand the competition we play. I enjoy playing great competition. Don't get me wrong. Its much funner to watch than playing smaller schools or less competitve schools but there is more ignorence out there than actual knowledge on how good we actually are compared to actual 4A teams. We get over shadowed. Which is why I can see us making noise in the playoffs if we get a good seed. Its just it gets so bad some seasons that our own people will tell our own players that we suck. Which is a very ignorant statement. Support has been good this season. I just want it to last.

Nope no changes. CAK is still CAK. By far the best team we've seen so far. No one comes close to them as far as the teams we've seen through scrimmages and games. They are well coached. Its a new level of football. I vote Scott to get out of these knoxville districts that win the state every year so we can finally build ourselves as a program and stop getting beat down every single year! Why in the world would you put 3 teams in the same district that would be a contender for the state championship. Spread them out. Before this district we was with Austin East ( in their glory days ) Fulton, Anderson County, Catholic, Kingston, and Gibbs. Scotts always got the short end of the stick when district selections come out. We can't compete till the competition is level. I mean someone from our district has been to state ever since like 2000. This how crazy it gets sometimes. Livingston first year in our district in 2006 goes 5-5 in the regular season and just barely beats Scott and squeaks in the playoffs. They upset fulton and win state!?!?! I want out till we can get our strength up.

We won't run the score up on anybody intentionally but I really doubt that will happen. CAK is better than their record shows. Let's just let the boys do the talking on the field. Let's try to keep this line clean and respectful to each other.

That's why I said we'll see what Scott really has. They haven't played tough teams yet but don't let that fool you. They are a great team.
