Congratulations to the Falcons. Great game plan and great execution. Outstanding play by the quarterback. No xcuses Giles got beat by far better team tonight. I credit it the Falcons with causing the turnovers. Everybody else can thump their chest and tell us how you could have beat this Fulton team. Not happening this year. Proud of the Bobcats. Congrats on making it this far, you guys gave us all we wanted early. Ignore the "Fulton can't beat___" we all know that we could, next year 4A is wide open, we lose a lot of fire power. You guys will have a shot at the gold ball next year.

Incredible...Rollins would have been good for 2 or 3 TD's more! Hope his infuries sustained in round 2 don't hamper his college career. Looks like in 4A the East is trully dominant. Was Knox West evenly matched with Henry County or did the rain play to  even the odds?

They were very very even, a missed PAT was the difference.

Just got on the 'puter. Been working. So Rollins didn't play? Did he dress?

Dressed and used as a decoy at times, didn't touch the ball, but maybe twice.

I would put Fulton in the top 10 with Rollins, but they would come in at number 9 or 10....

With Rollins we're top 5, without 9 or 10. It's all opinion though. The fact is we're Champions for the second straight year, and i'm good with that.

You add a healthy Rollins and we're probably at 60 right now, not saying we're the best overall in state, but to that guy that had us outside the top 10....You're wayyyyy off.

Looks like 4A was weak....I don't think anyone that watched the games would argue that the top two teams in 3A are stronger than the top two teams in 4A.....

The Alcoa team I saw last night would wipe the field with Fulton....and Maryville, well, I don't think you want to go there.....

They could have had a chance if they would have played us. Fulton would beat Alcoa with Rollins, without him I don't know.

Reminds me of backyard football.....4A must be down this year....IMO.  Those Fulton fans that were mad at Rankin because they didn't get to play Alcoa this year, should be thankful they didn't have to play Alcoa.....

Read what you wrote, very true words. We WANTED to play Alcoa, and they didn't want to play us.  Greeneville would beat the snot out any team Alcoa beat, we beat them by 20 without our Mr.Football.

It's not a "bad thing" if you would read closer. Fulton is the best in the state in 4A. They'd also win 1A and 2A.

 

Outside of that however there are teams in every class that are clearly better.

We'll just agree to disagree. We'd beat Alcoa, and Webb too. We'll see Maryville later, i'll form my opinion then.

I never realized  20-0 lead is a bad thing, oh well i'm going to watch my program get it's 5 state championship. You good ole boys can watch it with me.

We're beating the best in 4A without him, I know we could with him lol. This is your first time watching Fulton I get it, if you'd seen us with Rollins it'd change your tune.
