YAI looked much better protected the ball. Looked like they had moved some kids around had some younger kids playing and contributing. I will reserve my thoughts on our team till after this week. Season has started out just like last yr. beat down by White County come back and have a huge game against OS. Now starts the district play against what appears to be a tough Macon County team. Looks like a long road trip this week for this Dragon fan.

York had a terrible game last week with turnovers. Hoping they get that fixed this week and if they do I think this could be an exciting game to watch.

York is young on the line as well. But does play good physical ball on both sides. Should be a good game if they can keep from turning it over

Fentress county has the same set up 4 different elementary schools and one county jr high team. We have had a fairly successful jr high program. I think a lot of it is the coach. Our jr high team has an excellent coach.

Turn overs killed us. 4 scores off turn overs. At least that's things the coaches can fix. White county has some speed I'll give them that.

How has white county done with injuries in preseason?

Has White County had any injuries this preseason?

I have watched both scrimmages this fall and watched every scrimmage and game last yr. The teams are daylight and dark. A lot more physical, disciplined, and actually coached this yr. They are bringing back that good ole Mountain Man Football!!!!!

Looking forward to this match up. I agree with Marky Mark. There is a totally different atmosphere around the football field this year. Hope they have a grasp on coach Wrights system. I'm excited about some "FOOTBALL ON THE MOUNTAIN"

With what they lost and YAI actually with a decent coach I don't think were a sure win. Granted that's just an opinion
