Everyone know this is a done deal. Nick could have won 10 games and he still would be gone. People say it's about wins and loses not his character but we are judging the coaches that apply on it. Start with the people in charge and work your way down, If you flip over enough rocks you will find dirt on anyone.

Grundy should go ahead and name their coach. Get the kids in the training room. They only interveiwed a select few and no contact with other candidates. Why drag this out, put the coach in place and move on. Keeping the post open for another week is a joke. On another note I the rumor is true Good Luck to you Nick.

Yes sir he has wealth of experience as a HC and OC. would bring something to the table most 3a teams have never gone up against. Would run a wide open offense and throw the ball down field.

Not talking about Mac. I was referring to Sam Melton. Would hope he would at least receive a return phone call

The good news is their are good candidates applying. As an Alum I would like to see someone with experience put in as Head Coach that can grow this program. Hope and pray the Powers to be make a choice that is right for the young men that play the game. Not what's best for just their kid or kin folk. Are they only interviewing SPECIFIC people or will they interview everyone that has applied. One person that has applied can't even get the AD to take or return a phone call. Shouldn't that be part of the job to at least communicate with the COACHES that apply?

Baylors punter pinned FR inside the 10 a couples of times and had a huge punt to turn the field over late in the game. I was think more of our kicker though being the difference

LOL what team has not struggled with the NASHVILLE teams. They have struggled against each other. I look for the game to be close with Baylors special teams making the difference.

Great game for Oakland. Baylor very flat not saying we would have won but we should have played a closer game. Look out Maryville this Oakland team is for real. Most athletic team we have seen for sure. Very deep also.

Encouraging news out of Baylor. We may have 2 starter back for Friday's game. Decision on both players will be made on Friday after meeting with trainer and coaches.

Seems the McCallie game has taken a toll on the Red Raiders. 4 starters will be out for the Oakland game. 2 on offense and 2 on defense. This is not good news for the Big Red.

Not sure about that. Baylor has played well in the 2nd half all year. We're we get in trouble is letting someone jump on us early. 2 fumbles on our side of the field and having the ball 1st and goal and getting NO POINTS killed us at MBA.

Well according to all the so called experts on high school football here in town Baylor was going to lose because they had not played anyone yet. I guess Baylor still has not played anyone.

I agree with your thought process but finding that coach my prove to difficult. FYI----- in the past 20 years Grundy has only had 6 winning seasons against 14 losing seasons. Those 6 winning season saw 1-10 win, 1-9 win, 3-7 win ans 1-6 win season.

You are still missing the point. Who in their right mind will come there to coach. You coach have to see that beating up on the Graces, Whitwells and other Class A programs is not building your program. You beat them then play someone in your class and take a thumping.

Plus you need to read the first line. No kin, no child playing. Do not need a pass because I do not come to your games. But I do know a lot of people from there and I hear both side of the story. I am not choosing a side just my thoughts on the subject.
