First off I'm not kin to anyone nor do I have a child playing. I do have coaching experience and love high school football. Sometimes it's best to step back, take a breath and look at what you have. Your team numbers seem to be up and hopefully your coaches will see that platooning is the way to go. You do have some talent but so do the teams your playing. As far as coaches who do you guys/gals that are on here bashing your coaching staff see coming to Grundy to coach? Be careful what you wish for because this seem to have bitten you in the past.
Talent, talent and college prospects seem to be spoken on here a lot. Do you know what % of high school football player go on to play football in the NCAA? 5.6% that is it. Of the millions of children playing HS football only 5.6% move on. Parents need to focus on their child's education and open their eyes and see that maybe their child in not Johnny Football.
Thank you for you time.
