Have you guys seen the 6'7 280# Sophomore that just transferred to Central from McCallie. He is a giant. Will help out immediately in Basketball and Football.

From what Ive heard, Strickland will be named head coach this week. If true, very sad for this program and they will continue to spiral down deeper than what it was. Sad, very sad! It the administration new anything about trying to create a good program, Tyrus Ward would be the guy to hire. But Im sure Central will stay with the norm of striking out on coaches.

No April fools joke here. Im just telling you that Ware will never be the coach at CHS. Rick Smith has blocked the hire for something that happened in the past. You don't have to believe me, just wait till it all comes out and it should be fairly soon.

Guys, I hate to tell you but Ware will not be coaching at CHS this season or ever. Ill leave it at that for the moment. You can thank your good buddy Rick Smith for that.

Your probably dead on there with Carter, unless he just wants the money. I would say Dunn, and the 2 Morgan boys will come back and volunteer if needed. Strickland has no reason to be on that staff as well as Mallory. Other than the head coaching hire, seems to be another debacle at CHS!

Here is what I know today, Kijuan Ware has accepted the Head Coach position but is not ceritified to teach or coach in TN. Similar situation the coach a few years back was in (Montgomery). He is taking the test and then will be certified. They have hired Strickland, Mallory, and Carter (which are already on staff at CHS) and Courtney Brasswell as assistant coaches. There is one more assistant coach to be hired and may have already been. It looks like Coach Cook will not be retained.

I love this hire, lol! Maybe Pounder1 can be his offensive Cord. He seems to like to stand at the top of the bleachers and criticize everything the coaches and players do anyways. Don't let him tell you he doesn't. Now you can be in his ear, and believe me you will have to!

I told you guys what was going down. Coach Ware was supposed to come in last Friday, but was delayed due to weather and is coming today. Interviewing today and tomorrow and hope to have a decision on the coach by Friday. I'm not saying that Coach Ware is gonna get the job, just know he is being interviewed.

Decided not to take job. Will remain up north. Now down to 6. Decision could come by next week!

Well ran dry. Had a very Senior heavy team. Getting out while on top. Smart move!

Why were you on the sideline if you were not one of the coaches? I don't doubt there were some that gave up, but many didn't. Quitters mentality directly comes from the leadership position and that was Allen!
