Coachsp are u serious? dickson has 6 starters, all of which who have a lot of varsity experience! they dont have much power in the lineup but they are fully capable of hittin the ball around and scoring runs. Their pitchin is pretty stout with Springer, French, and Renegar, and they have a solid defense with great speed in the outfield. The will definately be competing for the top spot in the district.

Well , DCHS is 2-0 in the disctict. They will play rossview at home monday. On thursday they defeated northwest in the 7th inning. They were losing 6-0 and then exploded like everyone knew they were capable of. They scored 12 runs in the 7th to close the game out. They just started killin the ball. Earlier in the season they have been struggling hitting. But they were just hitting it hard right at people. They finally came around thursday. Hopefully this keeps up. Has anybody else heard anything about them or anyone else in the district?

Dickson is very underrated this year and the othe teams in their district better watcho out. They have good pitchin with Shane Bishop, Cody Owens, Ryan Springer and Clint McCollom and they could possibly have one of the best and fastest outfields in the state. Their hitting isnt there yet but there pitching and defense will carry them. If their hitting comes around then other teams might as well pack it up when dickson comes to town.

Yes that was shane bishop. He shut them down and his curveball wasnt even breaking like it normally does. Hes very good. Dickson will be one of the dominant teams this year.

Dickson county will be a tough team in the district. altough rossview, clarksville, and henry co, will be very good too. this is probably one of the toughest districts in the state this year. whoever wins in district 10aaa will win the region and probably go deep in the state tournament. but, i think that dickson may not have more talent than rossview and clarksville i believe they have better pitching and defensive and they need to get a little more respect. i mean they got picked 5th in the district this year ...what is up with that? they will be at the top of the district .

It will be a tough game for Dickson to come into Clarksville and win. Clarksville has a good crowd, but so does Dickson. But, im gonna take the under dog and says Dickson will lose tomorrow night, but Clarksville will lose to NE and Dickson will take the district.

hey gomab what about Kurt Primm from Dickson? Once Pflieger moves on Kurt will probably be a very big role player for Dickson next year. He is very quick, great ball handling skills, can pentrate and dish very well and has a decent jumper. I know Cory gets all the hype in Dickson but Kurt Primm can play very well too and he'll have to for Dickson to be anything next year. Go Cougars!

yes it an obvious fact that Cory will win MVP in this district. Drake is a great player but Cory is a better all around player. It is about time that Pflieger has gotten a little credit and he may get a lot more when the all state teams are shown. Keep up the good work Dickson and Cory.
