So everyone on here wants me to say hey we are going 8-2 this year losing to HCHS and RHS. Yes that may happen but I am going to be optimistic. We could go 3-7 this year we could go 5-5 this year. No one really knows until the season ends. I just get on here and let my team know that I am behind them and I am pulling for them. If other supporters don't see them winning then why get on here? If you don't support your team then don't get on here. I haven't said anything about a team not in our district unless someone has asked me a question. If you don't like what I say then don't read. If you think I am crazy then that is fine. I don't believe I am ignorant just because I say we are going 10-0.

Where are all of the fans of 10AAA? There are none out there except for Henry Co. Fans. This should be the best Class so far at CHS. We have won so many Jr. Pro games and we have the players to win next year. Are we doing the Lou Holtz were not going to be any good. Or do we tell it like it is and let our kids know we believe in them and what they can do. Or they listen behind closed doors as parents say this or that and why they can't be good?

yes leave it to someone who only has two post to put me down as a coach. Can I not get on here and say how good our team is going to be?? Is this not a forum for that?? or should I just get on here and say we are not going to be any good? Just because I get on here and say we are going to be good I get labeled as a previous coach from someone who just got on. If we don't have confidence in our team how are our sons going to have confidence in themselves. No they may not win every game but they have to believe they can. Do you want them to get on here and read that we don't believe they will win every game. That they will lose to Henry Co. Rossview Ravenwood Centennial? I am sorry I disagree with that. We have to be positive. So believe what you want to. I will get on here and let our kids know we believe in them.

If you go back and look at my post I said that the out of district record of opponents was not that good but it was better than Rhea Co. out of district schedule. Lost to NE by 7 and NE didn't score an offensive TD. One blocked punt and one punt that went into the lineman. Both of those NE scored on those plays. HC in the first half never started inside the 50. They ended up having to kick around 5 FG's. That was against the two best teams out of 5A in the west.

Yea keep talking. Let's look at the schedule. The teams you faced were a combined 41-59. Only had to face 5 teams in your district and win 4 to get a playoff spot. Sure you won more this year so congrats. Your out of conference schedule was 18-32. Very weak out of conference schedule if you ask me. Now lets look at CHS. teams we faced last year were 54-46. Still not very strong but a lot better than Rhea. Must win at least 6 district games for playoffs. The conference was 35-35 again not good but compared to your 23-27 it looks a whole lot better. So go on thinking you are better than us. you played 4 teams with a .500 or better record. Compare that to us who played 7 teams at .500 or better and 3 of those were 9 win or better teams. HC would have wiped the floor on a whole lot of teams last year. If you have to win a state championship before you can get on here and talk then a whole lot of teams would not be able to post on here.

That is what these boards are for is smack talk and talking up your team. How am I any different from any Henry Co. poster? They talk about how good their team is and I am doing the same. Yes Henry has won before. It is CHS' time now. And in a great game one call, one play can make a difference. You may not like it and there is nothing that can be done about it but it does happen. Take for example the Maryville championship game two years ago. Do you not think the lineman downfield call cost Maryville the game. I for one do.

They definitely need to do that when they play RHS and CHS. The other schools will not matter. This years district race is as follows: 1) CHS; 2)RHS; and 3)Henry Co. and like the great philospher says, "Book IT!!!!!!!!" Right Pilgrim.

you forget that you only beat us because of a ref's help last year on a blown block in the back call. We score a TD and beat you like the year before. Look forward to playing you this year with out studs over here at CHS. We have beaten you for the JV Championship the last two year and will beat you this year easily. Definitely have to beat more 6A teams to be a 6A power. Too bad for you that they can't handle the pressure. Why was the OC looking to take any HC job that he could to get out of there?

what a staff we have coming together. Shelby, Biter, Cooper, Long, Crass, and Snider. Just a few more. That last head coach didn't know what he was doing at all. Lazy was he.

Our kids are getting ready for this year. Going to be bigger, faster, and stronger than any team in 10AAA. We will have the best QB, RBs, and best Defense in the district. If coach did everything over at NE wait til you see our boys on the field. Bring on the season can't get here fast enough.

what coaches are left over there? Did all of the coaches come with Shelby over to CHS?

and how do you know that?????????????? Did you just pull that off the top of your head or do you have facts? Doesn't matter who they have over at Rossview. They can't hang with Clarksville this year. We should have beat them last year. We will beat them by 3 scores this year with our new coaching staff and the players we have coming back. No way we lose to them two years in a row.

bring on any team we will play any one any time any place. We will have the QB to lead us to victories. He only has 2 or 3 losses as a starter in his career. He is a leader a motivator. Can't believe the head coach didn't know any better last year that he should be starting. A lot of the Juniors should have been starting over the Seniors. They just didn't have what it takes. We will have some great Senior leadership this year you can bank on it.

And Perry may be at Rossview next year....................
