Which ones are the most aggressive recruiting athletes from nearby schools? I assumed it was Knox Catholic. How many players at Catholic were supposed to be at other schools but got lured away? Ensworth got two from Giles county a few years ago and one from Marshall county this year.

How often is the other team going to have better athletes than us? Not much. He can do it as good as anybody they end up hiring

i give Catholic the edge over Marshall based on star power. Marshall has several good players but Catholic has some big time guys that will make the difference. I give east the edge bc they have been rolling all year and they can match or best pearl cohn's athletism. If pc really has added a passing and kicking game then I could be wrong.

Coach Cobb is a good football coach and is a Giles alum. He is probably too young to be the head coach but has been a very good coach at Giles and Marshall

I don't know what goes on in east TN. Do you keep up with middle TN? I just wanted you to know that it was a different coaching staff at Marshall county than the one you beat in 2012. Is the east Hamilton staff the same?

East Hamilton folks might not know at least three of Marshall county's coaches were at Giles county when they played in 2012. Marshall county's head coach (Osteen) was the offensive coordinator at Giles county back then

If by Ronnie you mean coach Shirey then you are talking about a great coach that Giles county needs. They should offer him the open position

If you want long term wouldn't a Giles county native make the most sense? Coach Blair graduated there. Does he want the job? He also coached with the guy at Forrest right? They might want to work together again. How does the coach from Athens (flipo?) fit in? Other Giles natives to consider would be the Hickman brothers
