It's solid. New two year contract is coming after the break but it is not a three or longer one though.

Signal is not bad. They play against a different type of talent and different type of football than we do.

If everything goes to script look for a repeat of things how they began in 06 and what culminated in 09.

The county does not support Richland. Never really has even when their athletics were good. This includes officials, (businesses unless they were recieving money), and people in the county. Rock, I remember several bad years when our only wins seemed to come from Page.

With the way things turned out this year, I see teams changing their minds.

That's why I mentioned a couple months ago about the Jr. High QB. If he stays in two years we will be back in Cookeville!

I think Columbia, Shelbyville and Lincoln Co would be good OOC teams and games!

We've got a good group of sophmores. We'll be back in two years!

I just don't see a lot of fight in us tonight.

Rock, I'm hoping it is more than emotion! If that is all we were playing on last Friday I hope we can keep it up for tomorrow.

The Gilberts would not have started here. The oldest two would have seen considerable time but they would not have been as successful here as at Richland.

Watch out 1610. You are fixing to REopen a whole 'nother dimension. It goes back way before the Wallace kid and the first 15 years or so of Richland. Richland was successful in sports from its opening while we were having to compete in AAA and still, this is a football county, even though both schools had good girls basketball and softball. This led to resentment from some of our folks. For years we lost some of our athletes to Richland but for the most part the ones we lost would not have even been starters in any sports for us.

I think we will. Playoffs are a lot different compared to the regular season and we were very proud of our boys last week!

We were up for that game last week. If we can keep that momentum we should win but that's a big "if"!

CPA and Ensworth have both been on our schedule the past two years. There is nothing we can do about it but play the games. It's time to take the losses as they are-losses-and stop crying about it. Nothing can be done about playing those two games so just let it go. Sounds like a broken hearted girl who can't get over an ex.

Don't feel bad 10! I'm having to eat Crow to! That was one of the best games I have seen in a long long time! Walt had our boys ready and we came out with the gas pegged down. I hope we can continue all the way to Cookeville!

To funny JD! I know the bobcats will show up and show up to play but they are not into this game as they should be if they're wanting a W!

I've talked to (or rather listened) two of the guys and they are ready to just call the season so I don't see us putting much of an effort tomorrow night. It's unfortunate to because as a previous poster commented, we have played well at the end of some of these games but just to late to get the win!

I remember the 2011 games but the thing I remember is how up we were when we faced MC in the playoffs that year. I haven't seen that in our boys so far this week.

Hey Cat, your post lead us to a discussion last night about the coaching staffs of last 30 years. We remember Bain coaching 3/4 years then leaving and Smith coaching again just before season started. Was Phelps HC after Smith first time and before Bain?

I agree 52. I've quietly (not talked about his play) watched his play all season and have not seen him progress. It seems to me that the reality is he would rather run than throw. I know alot of his runs are called plays though.
