  1. There are many intriguing matchups tomorrow. Who do you think the final 8 will be? and who has the best chance to win it all....why?
  2. Seymour @ Farragut tomorrow and they are two very good baseball teams. Was just curious your thoughts about a Seymour team in post season play since 2009. Very senior heavy lineup from what I hear. Karns @ Science Hill tomorrow. Very powerful teams with upper end arms. Curious to your thoughts.
  3. Kallyn Newport, Seymour High school, SS/CF,Walter's State McCoy Hensley, Dobyns Bennett, Walter's State
  4. What makes those two teams good? Pitching, hitting, or just all around pretty good? Really curious about the Dickson County team. Not many common opponents, losses from teams in AL?
  5. Does anyone have information on any teams in the final 8? I am from East Tenn. and do not know much about any teams aside from Gibbs and Seymour. Who are your top 3 with the best chance to win?
  6. Gibbs won a thriller at Boone and Seymour played a great game against HVA. Excited to see how the final turns out. Seymour has had alot of doubters this year and seemed to fly low on the radar. Winning games they needed too. Same with Gibbs, they got covered up by Maryville, William Blount, and HVA. Seymour and Gibbs have had a great last few years and sent some of those teams to the state tourney. Can either of them come away with a title? I believe they can, very important to win the first one in murfreesboro. Go Eagles. Works for both teams, pretty good motto for East Tennessee.
  7. I missed that one Boone 3 Seymour 0. Seymour has a chance for revenge in front of them but it will be a huge task. As for Gibbs, Boone can hit it and thats a tough place to play. It all comes down to Friday/Saturday. Hope weather permits.
  8. I believe you could be correct, however, it makes the Boone/Seymour game tonight important. I believe from what I have read that both teams can hit it. I believe judging by the records and opponents, that Seymour is a more well rounded team than Boone. Also, Boone and Seymour are tough places to play. You definitely want Gibbs instead of HVA though. So winning the Region will help one and hurt the other.
  9. I was close with the 2-0. Haven't seen either team play as of late. Now the question is, can Gibbs bounce back? Whoever winds up having HVA on Friday will for sure need their best game of the year.
  10. What was the final? We will see how well I did tonight after the Region 1 game in North Carolina, I mean Boone. Sure seems like a haul compared to Gibbs and HVA.
  11. Collierville Arlington Ravenwood Hendersonville siegel Ooltewah Hardin Valley Seymour Pretty much a guess for me as well. Searched some on unapproved website schedule stuff but some are not up to date. I have seen probably 6 softball games this year. I have seen Gibbs, Maryville, Farragut, Cherokee, Seymour, and Soddy-Daisy play this year and those were early in the year. I have heard great things about HV pitching and Boone hitting as of late. Excited to see how tonight shakes up the possibilities for Friday. Trying to catch a game tonight, which will draw the most interest?
  12. Yeah I heard The Gibbs maryville game was a thriller. Also, heard Boone and Seymour can hit a little bit with alot of power in both lineups. I believe Hardin Valley and Seymour will be the Favorites. Hardin Valley is peaking at the right moment and Seymour is a scrappy bunch that seems to find a way to win. Are Gibbs or Seymour back to their power house days? I know for a stretch there them two and Boone were very good teams. Hardin Valley is new to the seen and on a roll with a good pitcher. My vote is Gibbs or Seymour and Hardin valley advance. However in the Region Champ games I am saying Seymour 6-4 and Hardin Valley 2-0. Pulling those scores from no place good. Hitting battle in Boone and very good pitching at Gibbs.
  13. Very good match ups tonight. Who do you have from East TN? Maryville v. Gibbs, Seymour v. Science Hill, Hardin Valley v. Powell?
  14. Excited to see how the regional portions turn out. There are very good teams advancing thus far. Who do you think makes a run and who do you think will fall short? Some very good teams around the Knoxville area : Maryville, Seymour, Gibbs, and Hardin Valley. How are the teams from the north east area this year?
  15. How do you think the IMAC conference tournament will pan out? Seeds: 1. Sevier County 2. Morristown West 3. South Doyle 4. Jefferson County 5. Seymour 6. Morristown East 7. Cherokee 8. Cocke County
