CreekWood is a very talented and disciplined team. They play very well together and have people all over the court that can score. They are a tough matchup for most any team in this area.

Same players also so why not the coach

Who is ready for this big district game tonight? I personally would love to see a repeat of the first meeting. Maybe all of Waverly's wounds have healed since CreekWood took them to the woodshed and beat them into submission last time. The Smith kid for Waverly seems to be the only kid who is even on the same level as the kids for CreekWood. The first meeting they got out played, out hustled, and out coached. Maybe Waverly's coach will have an answer for them tonight rather than just sitting there and taking his beating. The 6 or 8 games I've seen Waverly play this year they look like they have gotten worse since last year and they have a ton of talent, that only leaves one thing BAD COACHING!

MC still has 2 games against Waverly and One against CW. They are looking at 3 more loses for sure. Camden wins out minus CW they would end up third.

Should be a fun game to watch even though Camden should kill them on the court. The fun part is watching the tall skinny guy from Big Sandy who yells at the referees. He is worth the price of admission, he screams the whole time and knows nothing about basketball. I would love to see him ref a game sometime.

I'm a CREEKWOOD fan and I'm amazed at how you crybaby Waverly fans get your feathers ruffled since CREEKWOOD has shown they are superior to your undisciplined Tigers. I am impressed with that big victory of Houston County, another classless win for a team who has terrible sportsmanship just like their coach. Enjoy the wins because the Red Hawk express is coming to a gym to kick your butts again very soon.

Sounds like Camden squeaked by again with a good defense effort from the Waverly transfer. It's obvious they teach defense on that side of the river. We need to send the rest of the team over there to learn. Based on the score it must have been another one of those stand around offensive performances where Camden shoots with no one under the basket to rebound.

Halfway through the season and CreekWood is definitely the class of the district. I think Waverly, MC, and SC will be in a dogfight for positions 2-4. Fairview will be at bottom with EH, LC, and Camden fighting 6-8. I have watched Camden play a few games and it's obvious they aren't in shape. Their offense is nonexistent as they just stand around and take bad shots. Their team defense is extremely weak and they only have one player who knows how to play defense.

I am beginning to think all these Waverly fans have gotten scared is why they have quit posting. I am beginning to wonder if they can stay out of the district cellar by the end of the season. Wonder if they will even finish the season with an overall winning record. CREEKWOOD Red Hawk Express

I have seen Camden play and they have a good on ball defender, he moves as quick as any high school player I have ever watched play defense

I heard through the grapevine that they were all persuaded to focus on softball and forget about basketball.

Whats happened to all the Waverly fans and supporters that have been singing their praises all year. It appears now that you are all hiding under a rock somewhere hoping not to get run over by the Red Hawk express!

Sounds like the Waverly struggles continued tonight at Stewart County. It appears that the team is unraveling quickly. They are going to have to figure out how to get things turned around quick. With the teams they have scheduled in Clarksville tournament and at least one more CREEKWOOD game they could have some big time loses ahead.

Does anyone think Waverly really has anything for Creek Wood the next time they play

There was a lot of hype about this game but from the looks of the score Waverly couldn't back any of it up. It doesn't look like there is any competition for CreekWood within the district, I hope they can get some quality opponents from outside the district to help get them ready for the tournaments. It looks like Waverly will have there hands full just trying to finish 2nd in the district this year. They lack intensity and discipline which will equall a LOSS against the good teams they face this year. They have a lot of talent but seem lost when they are on the court, could use some direction on what to do, this isn't streetball!

CREEKWOOD by at least 10

That's where you need to go since your such a Waverly bandwagon supporter. Maybe you and Wavotiger10 can hook up and watch the game together.

A 2-3 zone will leave them way to many open shots from the perimeter unless you are very athletic and long. I think it would be hard to get in a running game with them, you will have to control the tempo. They can shoot you out of most any zone but the 1-3-1 can limit the looks from up top or on the wings and force them to come from the corners. Creekwood has the size to match up man to man they will just have to rotate and help on the penetrations.
