Also to your point about Montgomery walking from coaching altogether, I am pretty sure he is helping Coach Whittemore at FRA but then again, I am the one who is "Fake News."

Not to defend anyone but make sure your facts are correct. Phillip Montgomery did not leave at the end of the 2016 season. He finished at the end of this past season after they were eliminated by FCS in the semis.

i agree that region 7 should put a show on at states this year. very impressive list of region champs, not to mention that some weight classes are 4 deep with studs that could very easliey place as well. good job region 7, very good job!

Thank you guys for getting this back to what should be about the kids. The past is the past for a reason but I do agree that if you aren't growing you are dying. Outside of the powerhouse 2, Central and Beech, West Creek and Rossview have some really great kids. I am anxious to see how the second and third place wrestlers compete against the other region wrestlers. No matter what feelings you have about any program you should never down play a kid. There is no room for that anywhere. Good luck to region 7 and all of its state qualifers.  

Edens will probably be at three, with loses to King and Jenkins. I agree with the competition of this region. I can forsee many state placers come out of this region. Good luck to all this weekend.

not sure im understanding your gloating, 1st of all how is it that west creek is going to get the brunt of your jokes when trying to get under my skin? I don't think that program would appreciate all this negative publicity. 2nd of all im really not understanding all gloating period since Mt Juliet wasn't even in the running...3rd of all there was no animosity from this side on any one of my posts for you to just respond childlike as you have Sir. grow up  

I was wondering how Mount Juliet got brought up. hsdad is a parent of either beech or central. Both repectable programs. West creek and rossview also had great teams and will have many state qualifers. Good luck to all

It sounds like they shouldnt even wrestle the duels and just declare Wilson first and Beech 2nd. Atleast it would rest them for the region but even then I believe it will be Central 1 and Beech 2 because I know MJ has beaten all Clarksville teams except Kenwood, which they wrestle tomorrow, and Clarksville Northewest, which they wrestle Thursday.

Why is Lebanon ahead of Mount Juliet? I know they have split during the season.
