Since it was not done at the tournament.. Any thoughts on best match and OW for lower and upper weights? Best match: Hux vs. Yother (simply because it was the closest finals match and came down to the final seconds) OW- lower weights: Pendley ( He looked solid and stroked a two time Colorado state placer) OW- upper weights: Townsend ( He took control of the match from the beginning and never gave Ruth a chance at winning)

Jakefromstatefarm you seem to be bashing on Townsend and Hux here a little bit. Logan Townsend has beat Ruth the past 3 times they have wrestled so Ruth beating Townsend "soundly" seems a bit extreme. And also what has Hux done not to impress you this season?

Great showing at the Tournament today for both Jeff Co and Science Hill! Science Hill looked solid as usual and Jeff had two people finals! Unfornunate for Hux that he wasn't able to finish the tournament but proud of the boys!

We gave up three forfeits and had three junior varsity guys wrestling. All the credit to Science Hill great coached team that knows how to wrestle but I don't believe that was an accurate score

Bryson Hux (126) and Spencer Randles(132) are both questionable. Both dealing with sickness and not practicing yesterday

Townsend and Whitelaw would be a great match to watch. Hope he gets well soon!

I remember Townsend and Hess wrestling. Townsend dominated with takedowns with Hess's only 2 point coming off of Townsend's poor arm throw attempt. Townsend won 8-2. But I do believe that Hess will do great things at West.
