I've heard no specifics although it's the first time in 14 years UTC has won both preseason games.

Their level of athletes has gone up quite a bit.

I believe there was a "just sayin" which accompanied it.

Are any of your brood playing college?

The UTC vs TTU game will likely not feature many of the freshmen as they have not yet assimilated into the fold.  By having its freshmen report June 23rd, UTC may have a slight leg up on TTU, freshmen-wise.

I had the pleasure of watching AK this summer during a game.  Very good presence on the field on defense or in the attack.   I have watched her play at different games over the years since she was a youth player since I have daughters that span an 11 year range of soccer I get to watch a LOT of soccer.    UT-C got a good one with her.   Good kid to top it all off.

Playerscoach runs this board.  The rest of us would be well served to follow his lead and learn from his infinite, soccer knowledge except, of course, for Elmer.  Sniffing that Spartan glue for so many years has elevated him to a higher plane than all of us combined.

You should check with Players.  He has a good handle on Tennessee high school talent.

Why is threatening to reveal a person's identity so important?  The fact that I could be G's first cousin and Booger's brother should not be a hindrance to my (or anyone's) association to this forum.  Both are fine men and knowledgeable soccer aficionados as are you, sir.  (Is that the proper booty kissing technique?)

If you're not careful, you may face the wrath of Elmer and the sticky mess he always creates when he comes down from his ivory tower.  I have heard from local sources this webb of deceit is rustling his feathers.  It would be horrible to hear of him going all Spartan on you.

I've been anticing all my life.

I still believe a WWE type match would raise millions for a worthy charity.  Can you imagine the pre-match press conference?  It would be spectacular!

I had the honor of meeting and introducing myself to the great and all-powerful Booger at Boogerette's final collegiant game last Fall.

He is a fine man and will present a worthy adversary for you as you move across Coach T much like Grant rolling through the south.

Unfortunately I have to decline because apparently I am a "booty kisser" and not a fighter so that leaves you and you alone to challenge the indomitable Booger.  

UTC has graciously offered Finley Stadium right after their womens' soccer games as a venue for your pugilistic endeavor.

This is only the summer lull before the storm.  Can anyone imagine the total and overwhelming carnage when Booger graces us with his presence?  What about a 15 round grudge match between Booger and Players, the proceeds of which are sent to St. Judes?  It could take place in Nissan Stadium at $75 per ticket.  It would sell out within hours and the midstate would be on StubHub driving the price through the roof for the chance to say they witnessed history.

"Booger with a right cross to the jaw.....now here's Players with a spinning heel kick to the gut...It's Booger....now its Players.....oh, the humanity...."

Booger is in a league all his own.

That's great you can still attend high school games.  I thought Booger permanently banned you?

College is so different speedwise, sizewise, and strengthwise than high school or club.  It is an eye opening experience for many players.

From all reports, coach McKinney's last few classes have been good.  That strong foundation will be a big reason he can compete and win the close games.  UTC should be in the upper half of the SoCon soon, possibly this Fall.

I understand UTC had a solid game versus Tennessee Friday night.  Midway through the second half the score was still 0-0.  A couple of late goals by the Lady Vols skewed the look of the game.  Coach McKinney continues to build his foundation and is recruiting well.

I have not heard, although I feel certain that with Boogerette involved, we will be getting good info soon.
