Some of the players kneeled during the national anthem.

That's impressive. Where does he play and what position?
Nashville Christian and DT

Called it. Huge congratulations to Maplewood!
-
I'm gonna say Bo is the difference maker and pick Maplewood by 3
-
Who comes out on top?
-
Final 79-72 Creek. The 3 ball brought Camden back in and they cut the lead down to 5. Gotta give it to them for fighting back.
-
Sounds like a great game
-
Any updates?

40-21 halftime creek
-
I think Bo will be the difference and Maplewood pulls out a 3 point win
-
Camden visit the cobras in this sectional matchup. Who do you have?
-
Final 55-45 whites creek
-
I think it'll be close for a while but I think whites creeks size and athleticism will get to them. I got whites creek by 10+
-
Looks like we got east vs Maplewood and whites creek vs heritage on Tuesday
-
East seems to be peaking at the right time. Greenbrier will give them fits with the "stall ball" and I predict a low scoring game with East the winner. Greenbrier does have quick point guards that can handle the ball surprisingly well with a very frustrating stall technique. Still ehhh don't see it happening.
Cheatham vs WC , Cheatham is a quick team with no real height . can shoot the 3 pretty well and have a few really good players. Creek should wear them down with their speed and height. Cheatham is playing their best ball here late in the season but will come up "short"... get it.
Pearl at White House Heritage. Heritage is the best team in 9AA. I saw Pearl play Maplewood at Pearl a few weeks ago in reg season. (Maplewood with out Bo Hodges)....and Pearl still got beat. They have a big that can get up and a shooter. But for the most part had trouble getting jumpers to fall. If Heritage does not rebound they will not win. Heritage will surprise Pearl with speed and defensive ability. Heritage is athletic as well is Pearl. I say even matchup and will be a close game. Unless one or the other gets out to a big lead and believe me, either team can do that. Edge Heritage at home... with the win.
Maplewood at White House. How healthy is Bo ? I believe that will be the deciding factor....Maplewood without Bo Hodges is an average team at best. But with him.... could make a run to State Championship. White House and Maplewood have played once this season with White House giving Maplewood a run until late in the game when Hodges took over. Maplewood knows what they are getting into ! It could spell trouble if White House is on their game and their game is press with sticky 1-3-1 push and shoot the 3 ball. The 3 ball is a great equalizer. White House can stay in this game if they play their best. Maplewood had an 8 game winning streak going until the upset vs East.....then rebounded with a huge win over Pearl. I see Maplewood continuing their winning ways.
Good Luck to all.
thenextone you up. how do you see playing out?
I actually agree with just about everything you said. If it goes the way I think it will I will be looking forward to a whites creek heritage match up. I think they will match up well with each other.

Greenbrier @ East Nashville
Cheatham County @ Whites Creek
Pearl Cohn @ White House Heritage
Maplewood @ White House
Who do you got?

Got district 10AA winning 3 out of 4 but wouldn't be to surprised if there's a sweep

Haven't been to Wayne County since 2010 where we were introduced to the other two Rice brothers.

When: Friday, 7 p.m.
Mr. Football finalist Preston Rice (3,316 total yards, 49 total TDs) and Wayne County face off with Nashville Christian in the quarterfinals for the third time in as many seasons. Defending Class 1A champion Nashville Christian, which survived a second-round scare from Huntingdon, has taken the last two quarterfinals by a combined 55-21, but this time the Wildcats will be hosting.

From the Tennessean
DAVIDSON ACAD. (7-0, 4-0) AT NASHVILLE CHRISTIAN (5-2, 4-0)
Davidson Academy’s explosive offense will square off against a stingy Nashville Christian defense in this battle between Division II-A West unbeatens. The Bears, led by quarterback Stone Norton and running back Da’Joun Hewitt, are averaging 46.1 points per game, while Tennessee defensive line commitment Brant Lawless and the Eagles have held their past five opponents to a combined 56 points.
