Sequatchie County is VERY physical! I highly doubt Dekalb has been hit like that this year. Sequatchie defense steps up and proves once again they can defend the pass.

I've heard a lot about Sequatchie County's run defense this year, I'll have to say the pass defense really stepped it up. The offense isn't to bad either. Imo defense would have pitched a shutout of starters stayed in.

Smith was ready to play ball, like I said they would be. Sequatchie wasn't impressive this week, to many mistakes. Take away the turnovers and they win by 21 points. Football is funny, one week you look like a playoff team, and the next not so much. Credit Smith County, they are a good football team. Hope Seq cleans up the mess.

It's a region game. Smith will be ready to play. Don't over look anybody the next 8weeks and Sequatchie has a great chance of going 10-0. I agree with you jackets86.. Speed was contained pretty well by Sequatchie against South Pitt. Don't think Smith County will beat them cause if "speed".

The passing attack for Sequatchie was a rarity. Not sure Whitwell prepared for that. QB made very good decisions, IF Sequatchie stays healthy could really be a special team.

Game day. Hope to see a great one, maybe Whitwell won't get blown out. They won't be nowhere near as fast as SP. Look for Sequatchie County LBs to have a good game. If Seq offense has over 300 yards in rushing again, Whitwell won't have a chance.

Heard through the grape vine that WHS got a good RB back from injury this week. Might help the Tigers. Going to be some good weather Friday night. Like I said earlier in the week, Indians better not overlook this team. Hype is at WHS.

Watching Whitwell in the jamboree I was very impressed. A few injuries this year has held them back from being very good. Sequatchie doesn't need to overlook this game. To my knowledge #6 is out for the whole game due to suspension, huge weapon missing in the backfield and secondary. I still believe Seq gets the win, but their will be a scare early due to Whitwell's hype at home. Seq-28 WHS-14

I just hope Sequatchie can stay within 21 points. They are really slow and don't have much of a offense. Defense is strong and physical, but slow too. Apparently SP is the Alcoa of 1A now that Vic has been back for 2 years.

All I'll say about this Adam Caine is 1-0 against Vic Grider. Although, the way the thread started off, he might wanna just not show up seems it's gonna get ugly in the 4th quarter. Hope for a injury free game.
