My eldest brother graduated from Fairley many years ago.. I played for Fairley too a few years before we moved away to Overton.. but with my history there, and them being underdogs, I'll pull for Bulldogs! Shock the world Fairley! (btw, I think it is the only school in Memphis with entire K-12 grades on same site/campus)  

Methinks THIS game will be one of the most hyped & watched & anticipated & attended games we've had in these parts for awhile. Name it, this game has it all! Rivalry. Revenge. Respect. Repeats. Renown. Reigning... and more!  You know my prediction. Sure am glad Rebels won so Lions didn't have to travel far. Plus, as I've said often, McKenzie has one of best stadiums around when it comes to the visitors side. Lion Nation will be packing it full this Friday.. and our Lions will once again be bad visitors as we get another W at the Rebels home turf. Another OUCH! .. How sweet it will be! Score? Lions: ALOT vs Rebels: Not enuf. 

Lions roaring. Tornadoes tried, but this years Lions just too much. On to Rebel country to beat them again, at their place too. Super sweet that will be. 

I'm hoping Rebels win. Just so Dresden, after our win tonight, won't have far to travel next game. Gotta take care of THIS game first though, & methinks Rebels & Lions have rematch next week, & Lions get to beat them 2X in same year at their place (which really is a nice stadium for the visiting side. No joke!). Moore County will have a moral victory getting this far in playoffs, & no shame in losing to defending champs, but Dresden will be rolling over  whomever we have to play. Rebels would be closer, so go Johnny Rebs! 

I do respect, even admire what UC has accomplished over the years. SALUTE! But tonight, on that football field, in this game, in that jam-packed & raucous stadium, Dresden Lions will win.. again.. & UC will just have to focus on roundball. Nobody will be stopping Dresden this year. Safe travels to everyone and an injury free game for all tonight.

This could be one of those games  for the ages! Sad there can only be one to win. And beating a good team twice in the same season is pretty doggone difficult .. but methinks our Lions will have what it takes. .. hot diggity dog!..  Is it Friday yet? 

Better come early.. bring your own chairs.. this place will be jam packed & rocking & rolling! GOOOO LIONS!
