Franklin County is bad and I believe they are going to be that way for a while. At least until they get rid of or control parent politics.

Yes I believe  we are ranked 4th in the state , we have several players on both sides of the ball , and yes some of the same staff with a couple new coaches . Go Bobcats !!!!! 

Last time these two play played was at Franklin co and Giles left with a loss.. Not sure what FC has but Giles 3-0 has had two good showings against Lincoln Co and Nolensville and a forfeit win vs Grundy Co. Looking forward to Friday and welcoming the Franklin co folks to the Brickyard ! Go Bobcats !!!

We’ve been 3A for the last 4 years , we be just been playing in the west battling the likes of Pearl Cohn in  the tough Region 5 … and yes everyone knows Alcoa is the big dogs in 3A … we just taking it one game at a time and hoping for a chance to play them . Go Bobcats !

Hearing Webb isn’t playing because he has committed to play baseball somewhere . Not sure how true this is but if so that’s gonna be big loss for the Falcons .. Webb is one heck of an athlete and congrats to him on his baseball commitment if that’s true . Go Bobcats !

Giles went to sewanee college yesterday to play Tullahoma in our first real scrimmage of the year . Both teams scored on their 1st drives and then it turned into a defensive battle with Giles ending up with 3 scores and Tullahoma 2 scores . Then the younger guys got their playing time . Very impressed with both teams . Go Bobcats !

From the outside looking in all the signs point to a Stewart Co. win.   The advantages for Stewart include:

1. TEN hard fought wins this season.  Those guys never quit and overcome adverstiy.

2. Giles has an almost three hour commute, so Stewart County will prolly have more fans.

3. Home field advantage.... just ask Straford and Fairview about that.
