Well thank you "Mrs. BigG"
A lot of us were on the edge of our seats waiting to hear about various games!

How many people do you feel is the best size for a HS Band? I know there are a lot of different factors but try to give it some thought.
Based on how you answered that, how does your band match up? Is it too strong in one area and not strong enough in another?

One big high school for the whole state...
I hope your not being serious... Can you imagine the commute

I don't think the multiplier was a good idea but I didn't see a whole lot of change either way...

What is the highest number of service hours you have heard someone completing? I know of a few kids that put in tons of hard work for others but don't even report it.

Wow that really is incredible. Having a TV production crew is pretty cool but when you put it to such good use- that rocks!

Is there anyway that someone could do band and football? Has anyone ever heard of this before?
I've heard rumors of it before but never seen it...

any predictions?
Yea- A good soccer game!

2-0 CAK 2 minutes into 2nd half
3-0 CAK, 15 min to go
Wow. How did BigG manage to get internet access on the field? Did he have someone that posted for him? That's impressive- both the updates and CAK's soccer.

To answer the question posed in the topic of the thread "How will we do?"
You guys might win 1 or 2 games in the district tournament. When you play BOyd or Sweetwater for the Championship (if you get there) then you will lose, and you will lose your first region game. Plain and simple!
Grace got alot farther than many expected, quarter finals is very commendable. Great Job Grace!

Thank you. This is what we need more of- people who are "on the outside" of situations and who know what they talk about. I understand that on a public forum people have every right to speculate but I personally appreciate hearing from someone who knows what to say and how to say it. I don't even want to comment about the "late" call at the game, I was just commenting on the refs in general.

i've heard that the english premier league line refs have sensors or something in their flags that when they are raised set off buzzers in the wrist bands of the center ref to alert him of a foul or offsides-i wonder how much those would cost-at least for the high stake state tournaments
That's a really good idea, but I imagine it would be expensive. But if you could have a few sets to share between different tournaments for the big games and between the girls and the guys leagues. But even if they did have them they would have to have a lot to be able to use them for quarterfinals (admittedly it was between two big important schools..)

If you could show a ref your game film and get them to change there mind about plays it would seriously affect the flow of soccer. If the ref was having a very bad game they would have to stop every few minutes to review the film. Decide for your selves but I think it would just be a bunch of trouble...

I liked the way you devided that into three different posts. I sure hope that wasn't to up your post count. Those are interesting stats anyways. Where did you get those? I wonder what those would be for A/AA or div. 2.

Are you, by chance, Steven Griffett? Who has Bartlett played so far this year?
