Bradley was a little bit of a surprise to me this weekend. With how they finished state a couple weeks ago and how they did at regional individual I thought they were peaking at the right time.

I can just hear some wrestling fan in IA, PA, OH, NJ, CA, etc. community asking "wow did you see that upset at the TN state tourney"? and some arrogant jerk says "who cares, that's TN".

It was a stupid statement, don’t let people upset you like that. I think that on an individual basis small schools could compete with large schools I just don’t think combining for duals would be fair due to the resources that large schools have as well as allowance for travel, etc that give them an advantage. And by stupid statement I mean it’s a small school who cares.

I agree. I think Bradley wrestled better at state than they did during the season.

To me Bradley did better than I initially expected. Blackman did worse than I expected. I also thought Wilson Central would put up more of a fight in the finals but Cleveland started at a good weight and I think just had way too much momentum by the time they got to some of the weights Wilson central were comfortable at.

But nothing was ever said about we want Baylor. Everyone knows that Baylor is the best team in TN this year.

I was there as well and our 138 weight classes name is Meagher and could easily be confused for Baylor.

You're all sleeping on Dobyns Bennett.  They are legit with very few holes.  Not strong enough to beat Cleveland but if they are on the opposite side I think they are in the finals.  They have five potential medalist and others are strong in a dual.  They dismantled Science Hill twice this year, even in a conservative match at Region Duals they were in control without having to make any lineup shifts.  They will most likely have to get past BC at some point but should be top 3.

Looks like they would meet in Cleveland in semis assuming both won out.

I’m just glad there were no additional injuries last night. Hate to see that this time of year.

Going to be tight between Cleveland and Bradley this year.

How did cleveland and bradley finish point wise? The kid from Bradley looked really good against Ellison.

Definitely not criticizing in any way, I was just not sure of the matchup.

I think ooltewah is a jv tournament for a lot of teams.

I think we need to call CNN and hire a special investigator. It’s clear that Durdon is spreading lies and misinformation in a conspiratorial plot to bring down parts of the wrestling community.

I think Region 4 had the best team in duals and individuals so I don’t think it matters which one.

What happened after the Reiniche match. I never could see. I heard that some of the Father Ryan’s fans were yelling stuff at him and then he responded.  I couldn’t see though.

I talked to several of the Cleveland parents the other night and they had not even heard it was happening.
